Abstract:
본 발명은 AFM 이미지의 그림자 효과 제거를 위한 보정 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 추세선 생성부가 선택된 영역의 이미지로부터 추세선을 생성하는 (a) 단계; 판단부가 추세선 값과 기 설정된 기준값을 비교하는 (b) 단계; (b) 단계의 비교결과, 추세선 값이 기 설정된 기준값 이상인 경우, 기울기 보정을 수행하는 (c) 단계; 및 (b) 단계의 비교결과, 추세선 값이 기 설정된 기준값 미만인 경우, 기울기 보정부가 추세선과 현재값의 편차가 표준편차 이상의 차이가 발생하는 데이터를 제거하는 (d) 단계를 포함하되, (d) 단계 이후, 기울기 보정부가 총 데이터 개수 대비 제거된 데이터 개수가 0.5배 이상인지 여부를 판단하는 (e) 단계; 및 (e) 단계의 판단결과, 총 데이터 개수 대비 제거된 데이터 개수가 0.5배 이상인 경우, 기울기 보정부가 (c) 단계로 절차를 이행하는 (f) 단계를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 선택된 영역의 이미지에서 한줄 데이터를 추출하여 추세선을 생성하고, 추세선 값과 기 설정된 기준값을 비교하여 기울기 보정을 수행함으로써, 균일한 분포를 갖는 이미지, 또는 높이 솟아 있거나 깊게 패인 부분을 포함하는 이미지의 그림자 효과를 제거할 수 있다.

차량 탑재형 광촉매 모듈 장치가 개시되며, 상기 차량 탑재형 광촉매 모듈 장치는, 공기가 유입되는 유입구와 유입된 공기가 배출되는 배출구가 형성된 덕트; 상기 덕트의 내부에 배치되는 복수의 광촉매 필터부; 및 상기 복수의 광촉매 필터부에 광촉매 반응 활성화를 위한 광을 조사하는 램프를 갖는 램프부를 포함하되, 상기 덕트는 길이 방향의 일측이 상기 차량의 전진 방향을 향하고 길이 방향의 타측이 상기 차량의 후진 방향을 향하도록 상기 차량에 대하여 설치된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An integrated catalyst purifier is provided to reduce not only a nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas of a diesel engine but also a particulate material at the same time, reduce the number of the components of a vehicle by simplifying the structure of ventilation post processing equipment, improve productivity by easily mounting, and purify the exhaust gas of a diesel vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An integrated catalyst purifier includes an induction pipe(110) in which the exhaust gas of a diesel vehicle is flowed in; a filter(101) for removing a particulate material; and a discharge pipe(150) for discharging an exhaust gas. The filter for removing a particulate material is equipped with multiple cells having a regular length segmented by a cell wall. The filter for removing a particulate material has a catalyst coating part for LNT(120) and a catalyst coating part for SCR(140) in which a catalyst for LNT (Lean NOx Trap) and SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) are successively coated from the front end to the back direction in the cell wall. The catalyst coating part for LNT oxidizes the hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide, volatile material, nitrogen oxide of the exhaust gas, and generates ammonia which is nitrogen and a intermediate product by the reaction of a hydrocarbon which is a reducing agent and an occluded nitrogen oxide. The catalyst coating part for SCR removes an unpurified nitrogen oxide by using the ammonia generated in the catalyst coating part for LNT.

PURPOSE: A post-treatment system for reducing Nox(Nitrogen Oxide) in a car using DME(dimethyl ether) as fuels is provided to reduce the discharge amount of NOx while reducing agents are used for the reaction with a LNT(Lean NOx Trap) catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A post-treatment system for reducing Nox(Nitrogen Oxide) in a car using DME(dimethyl ether) as fuels comprises a supplied gas part(300), a first catalyst unit(400), and a second catalyst unit(500). The supplied gas part comprises the exhaust gas discharged form an engine unit(100) and the DME injected from an injector(200). The first catalyst unit a SR catalyst reacting with the DME. A LNT(Lean NOx Trap) catalyst of the second catalyst unit reacts with reducing agents generated by the reaction of the DME with a SR catalyst.

PURPOSE: A integrated catalytic converter is provided to reduce the nitrogen oxide and particulate matter among the exhaust gas of the diesel engine at the same time by forming LNT (Lean NOx Trap) catalyst and SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalyst in the filter for removing particulate matter as double layer integrated. CONSTITUTION: The integrated catalyst converter includes: a filter(120) for removing particulate matter of the diesel engine which coated the catalyst for LNT, which oxidizes hydrocarbon of the exhaust gas, the carbon monoxide, and solvent and nitrogen oxide (NO) and generates nitrogen and ammonia (NH3) which is the intermediate product through the reaction of hydrocarbon the reducing agent and occluded nitrogen oxide; and filter(140), for eliminating particulate matter of the diesel engine coating the catalyst for the LNT, which eliminates unpurified nitrogen oxide by using the ammonia which is generated from the filter for eliminating particulate matter coating the catalyst for LNT. The integrated catalyst converter includes a sprayer(130) to flow in the necessary reducing agent for LNT catalyst in the filter for eliminating particulate matter coating the catalyst for LNT.

PURPOSE: A pollutive organic fluid purifying apparatus using a wire-based three-dimensional porous structure is provided to improve the purifying efficiency of organic by reducing the resistance with respect to the flow of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A pollutive organic fluid purifying apparatus(10) is composed of a casing(18), filters(11, 12), a fan(16), a photo catalysis supporter, an ultra violet lamp, and a controller(17). The filters eliminate foreign materials from fluid. The foreign materials are flown into the fluid through an inlet. A photo catalysis material is coated on the surface of a photo catalysis supporter. The photo catalysis supporter is three-dimensional porous light structure based on wires.

PURPOSE: An integrated type catalyst purifying apparatus is provided to simultaneously reduce particulate materials and nitrogen oxide materials from the exhaust gas of diesel engines and to minimize the volume of a catalytic apparatus. CONSTITUTION: Exhaust gas is introduced through an introducing pipe(110). A filter(101) for eliminating particulate materials eliminates particulate materials from the exhaust gas. An exhausting pipe(150) discharges the purified exhaust gas through the filter to outside. A lean NOx catalyst(LNT) coating part oxidizes hydrogen carbide, carbon monoxide, volatile materials, and nitrogen monoxide. During the oxidization, the hydrogen carbide and nitrogen oxides are reacted to generate ammonia as an intermediate product. A selective catalytic reduction catalyst coating part uses the ammonia from the LNT coating part to eliminate non-purified nitrogen oxide materials.
