Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus for generating carbon dioxide and a greenhouse using the same. The apparatus for generating carbon dioxide in the present invention which reduces harmful exhaust gas as a post-treatment system having a metal particulate filter (MPF) catalyst and reuses stored energy for heating as a heat storage system storing exhaust heat in a heat storage tank, and also adsorbs CO or HC, a harmful component emitted in initial operation of the apparatus for generating carbon dioxide, then reuses the adsorbed CO or HC, thereby contributing to the effective use of the energy as well as reducing the harmful exhaust gas. In case of applying the apparatus for generating carbon dioxide to the greenhouse, the moisture, which is emitted when operating the apparatus for generating carbon dioxide, is emitted with the harmful exhaust gas, thereby maintaining a constant humidity in the greenhouse.

본 발명은 디메틸에테르를 연료로 사용하는 자동차에 대한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 디메틸에테르를 연료로 사용하는 자동차에서 SR 촉매 반응을 통해 생성된 환원제를 질소산화물을 저감시키는 동시에 엔진 성능 향상에 이용할 수 있는 질소산화물저감 및 노킹방지장치 및 상기 장치를 구비한 DME 자동차에 관한 것이다.

본발명의일 실시예에따른질소산화물을저감시키는후처리시스템은, LNT 촉매의앞에 SR 촉매를배치하여디메틸에테르와 SR 촉매의개질반응으로생성되는환원제를 LNT 촉매와의반응에이용함으로써, 배출되는질소산화물을감소시킬수 있다. 또한, 디메틸에테르와 SR 촉매의개질반응은흡열반응이므로외부로부터의열원및 수분이필요하나, 배기가스내에존재하는열원및 수분을이용함으로써별도의열원공급장치가필요하지않기때문에배기가스의손실에너지를줄이고, 비용절감및 공정의단순화를달성할수 있다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing nitrogen oxides and preventing knocking of a car using dimethyl ether as a fuel, and a dimethyl ether car equipped with the same are provided to use a reducing agent which is generated by a dimethyl ether-steam reformed catalytic reaction as the reducing agent of a lean NOx trap catalyst, thereby reducing the nitrogen oxides and improving engine performance. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for reducing nitrogen oxides and preventing knocking comprises a first catalyst part(110), a second catalyst part(120), and a temperature sensor. The first catalyst part includes an SR(Steam Reforming) catalyst which reacts with DME(dimethyl ether) in order to generate a reducing agent. The second catalyst part at the rear end of the first catalyst part includes an LNT(lean NOx trap) catalyst which reacts with the reducing agent supplied from the first catalyst part. The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the second catalyst part. When the temperature of the second catalyst part detected by the temperature sensor is more than 350°C, the reducing agent is supplied to the engine of a DME car. The reducing agent is at least one of H2 and CO. Exhaust gas discharged from the engine part of the DME car and the DME injected from an injector are supplied to the first catalyst part. PURPOSE: A post-treatment system for reducing Nox(Nitrogen Oxide) in a car using DME(dimethyl ether) as fuels is provided to reduce the discharge amount of NOx while reducing agents are used for the reaction with a LNT(Lean NOx Trap) catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A post-treatment system for reducing Nox(Nitrogen Oxide) in a car using DME(dimethyl ether) as fuels comprises a supplied gas part(300), a first catalyst unit(400), and a second catalyst unit(500). The supplied gas part comprises the exhaust gas discharged form an engine unit(100) and the DME injected from an injector(200). The first catalyst unit a SR catalyst reacting with the DME. A LNT(Lean NOx Trap) catalyst of the second catalyst unit reacts with reducing agents generated by the reaction of the DME with a SR catalyst.
