    Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to exclude a painting process, and to have excellent appearance. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based graft copolymer; a non-graft copolymer copolymerized of 75-90 wt% of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and 10-25 wt% of an unsaturated nitrile monomer; and a modified aromatic vinyl-based non-graft copolymer polymerized of an acrylic monomer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and an unsaturated nitrile-based monomer. The weight average molecular weight of the aromatic vinyl-based non-graft copolymer is 100,000-180,000 g/mol.

    Abstract: A flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; (B) 5 to 30 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; (C) 10 to 30 parts by weight of an aromatic phosphate ester-based compound; (D) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a halloysite tube; and (E) 5 to 50 parts by weight of a filler. Flame retardancy can be improved without stiffness deterioration such as flexural modulus and the like by applying a halloysite tube to the flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition.
