Abstract: 본 발명은 실로스타졸-니코틴아미드 복합체에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 실로스타졸과 니코틴아미드의 혼합비가 1 : 0.5 내지 30몰비인 실로스타졸-니코틴아미드 복합체 및 그의 제조 방법과 상기 복합체를 함유하는 혈소판 응집 억제용 의약조성물 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기 실로스타졸-니코틴아미드 복합체는 실로스타졸에 비해 용해도가 우수하며, 상기 복합체를 함유하는 혈소판 응집 억제용 의약조성물은 함량이 균일하며 우수하고 안정된 용출률을 가지는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: A composition for inhibiting platelet aggregation comprising cilostazol-nicotine amide composite and a process for preparing the same composition are provided to increase the solubility and release speed of cilostazol, and stabilize release rate of the composition. The composition for inhibiting platelet aggregation comprises the cilostazol-nicotine amide composite, wherein the mole ratio of cilostazol and nicotine amide in the composite is 1:0.5-30; the cilostazol-nicotine amide composite is prepared by dissolving cilostazol and nicotine amide at 110-200 deg. C and stirring and cooling the solution, or introducing a mixed solution of cilostazol and nicotine amide into super critical fluid; and the cilostazol in the composite is the crystalline form A or C or amorphous form.
