Abstract: PURPOSE: An ultrasonic fusing device is provided to mount a fuse point of a base material to a heating point of a heat source unit by installing an elastic clip on the upper side of the fuse point. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic fusing device comprises a generating unit, a heat source unit(120), and a centralized unit(130). The heat source unit generates a frictional heat to a fuse space by amplifying a mechanical vibration after converting an electric frequency into the mechanical vibration. The centralized unit controls the amplitude range lost to the outside of the fuse space by closely corresponding a load board(134a) to the fuse space while attaching the base material. The centralized unit increases the stress concentration of the surface.
