CONSTITUTION: An elastic floor material having a slip prevention function is made from a composite sheet composed of upper and lower sheets. A plurality of projections or recesses are formed on the top surface of the upper sheet. The lower sheet is formed into a lower extruded foam sheet having a plurality of grid grooves on the bottom surface thereof by extruding and foaming a lower extrusion composition. A composition for the extrusion of a lower part is prepared by mixing vulcanized rubber powder 80-200 weight%, un-vulcanized EPDM rubber 10-60 weight%, polyolefin 10-100 weight%, mineral oil 50-200 weight%, calcium carbonate 100-400 weight%, and foaming agent 5-20 weight%. Upper and lower extruded and foamed sheets are formed by extruding and foaming the compositions for the extrusion of upper and lower parts at a temperature of 150-250 degrees. A composite sheet is formed by loading the upper sheet on the lower sheet and rolling the upper and lower sheets. The composite sheet is annealed at a temperature of 50-120 degrees.
