Abstract: 본 발명은 4차 유기 포스포늄염을 촉매로 사용하여 알데히드나 케톤과 같은 유기 카르보닐 화합물을 트리클로로실란과 환원성 탈산소실릴화 반응시켜 탄소-규소 결합을 생성시키는 것을 통하여 유기 실란 화합물과 실록산 화합물을 합성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 종래의 유기 실란 제조방법에 비하여 소량의 촉매를 사용하며, 반응 후 촉매의 회수가 용이하므로, 실리콘 고분자나 결합제의 제조에 유용한 유기실란 화합물의 경제적인 제조방법이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparation method of organochlorosilanes by reductive deoxysilation reaction of aldehydes or ketones is provided, thereby cheaply preparing organochlorosilanes using a small amount of catalyst and recycled catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of organochlorosilanes of the formula 2 of R¬2R¬3CHSiCl3 and the formula 3 of Cl3Si(OSiR¬4Cl)nCl by reductive deoxysilation reaction of aldehydes or ketones comprises the steps of: reacting trichlorosilane with an organic carbonyl compound of the formula 1 of R¬1R¬2C=O in the presence of catalyst that is tertiary organic phosphonium salt, wherein, R¬1 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl or Ar(R')m in which Ar is C6-C10 aromatic hydrocarbon, R' is halogen, or C1-C6 saturated hydrocarbon or unsaturated hydrocarbon, m is an integer of 0 to 5; R¬2 is C1-C6 alkyl, Ar(R')y in which Ar is C6-C10 aromatic hydrocarbon, R' is halogen, C1-C6 saturated hydrocarbon or unsaturated hydrocarbon, y is an integer of 0 to 5, or (CH3)pC4H(4-p)X in which X is oxygen or sulfur, and p is an integer of 0 to 4; R¬1 and R¬2 are covalently combined together to form cyclopentyl, fluorenyl or dibenzo£a,d|cycloheptene; R¬3 and R¬1 are the same, provided that R¬3 is SiCl3 or CH(SiCl3)£CqH(2q+1)| when R¬1 is halogen or CH2£CqH(2q+1)|, or R¬3 is CH(SiCl3)(CH2)q when R¬1 and R¬2 are covalently combined with to form aromatic hydrocarbon free alkyl ring and R¬1 is CH2(CH2)q in which q is an integer of 0 to 6; R¬4 is hydrogen or halogen; and n is an integer of 1 to 10.
