    Abstract: 본 발명은 4차 유기 포스포늄염을 촉매로 사용하여 알데히드나 케톤과 같은 유기 카르보닐 화합물을 트리클로로실란과 환원성 탈산소실릴화 반응시켜 탄소-규소 결합을 생성시키는 것을 통하여 유기 실란 화합물과 실록산 화합물을 합성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 종래의 유기 실란 제조방법에 비하여 소량의 촉매를 사용하며, 반응 후 촉매의 회수가 용이하므로, 실리콘 고분자나 결합제의 제조에 유용한 유기실란 화합물의 경제적인 제조방법이다.
