Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing ceramics thick film is provided which improves the drying speed of a ceramics thick film process and significantly reduces phenomena of the thick film being cracked, by using a solvent washing method. CONSTITUTION: In the method for preparing ceramics thick film by a water system tape casting method, the thick film is washed with an organic solvent in a drying process of the ceramics thick film passed through a blade. The organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, acetone, benzaldehyde, benzene, benzyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, cyclohexane, ethyl acetate, n-hexane, iso-butyl alcohol, iso-propyl alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, n-octyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, toluene and xylene.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种制备陶瓷厚膜的方法,通过使用溶剂洗涤方法,可提高陶瓷厚膜工艺的干燥速度,并显着减少厚膜破裂现象。 构成:在通过水系带状流延法制备陶瓷厚膜的方法中,在通过刀片的陶瓷厚膜的干燥过程中,用有机溶剂洗涤厚膜。 有机溶剂选自甲醇,乙醇,丙酮,苯甲醛,苯,苄醇,正丁醇,四氯化碳,环己烷,乙酸乙酯,正己烷,异丁醇,异丙醇, 甲基乙基酮,正辛醇,正丙醇,甲苯和二甲苯。

Abstract: PURPOSE: An aqueous tape casting line equipped with a solvent washing vessel is provided to transform various tape casting methods into an aqueous tape casting method, thereby solving environmental problems due to organic solvents and improving working environment by substituting organic solvent for water in a solvent washing method before the formed back film is dried so as to improve drying rate of the ceramics back film process and remarkably reduce crack of the back film. CONSTITUTION: The tape casting line is equipped with a solvent washing vessel (2) capable of containing organic solvent for washing the back film in the solvent washing method while a ceramics back film (3) which is passed through a blade (5) is being dried.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oxide composition for piezo-electric material is provided for obtaining superior dielectric coefficient K33T, electrical-mechanical combination factor kp and piezo-electric constant d33 and excellent mechanical quality factor Qm of the composition by adding specific oxides such as Nb2O3 or Nb2O5 and MnO2. CONSTITUTION: The composition has the formula of 0.05(Al(1/2)Nb(1/2))O3 - 0.494PbZrO3 - 0.456PbTiO3 + mNb2O5 (wherein m represents 0.1 to 1.0 wt based on total weight of the composition) or the other formula of 0.05(Al(1/2)Nb(1/2))O3 - 0.494PbZrO3 - 0.456PbTiO3 + mNb2O5 + nMnO2 (wherein m represents 0.6 to 0.9 wt and n represents 0.3 to 0.8 wt. based on total weight of the composition). The composition is prepared by general combination procedure to add Nb2O5 or Nb2O5 and MnO2 into PZT three-base materials composition.
