Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a thermoconductive composite is provided to improve the thermal conductivity of a thermoconductive composite by controlling the direction of fibrous filler or coating the surface of the fibrous filler with a metal material with excellent thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a thermoconductive composite includes a step of forming a metal layer with thermal conductivity on the surface of fibrous filler (S10); a step of impregnating the fibrous filler into a melted polymer resin (S20); and a step of curing the fibrous filler and the melted polymer resin (S30). The metal material used in the step of forming the metal layer has a higher thermal conductivity than that of the fibrous filler. The metal material is at least one selected from Al, Ag, Cu, Ni, Sn, and Pt.
