    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cobalt-based catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a cobalt-based catalyst that is represented by Ir-Co/η-Al_2O_3 manufactured by repeatedly impregnating cobalt and iridium in a spherical eta-alumina support, which has many acid points formed thereon, and drying the impregnated product dozens of times, thus supporting the cobalt and iridium at high density in the support.
