The present invention relates to a camera apparatus and a motion-based power consumption reducing method thereof, capable of preventing the generation of unnecessary power consumption in advance. The camera apparatus includes: a camera which obtains a photographed image; a user interface which displays the photographed image which is obtained by the camera on a screen and receives a user control value; and a power control unit which senses the motion of the camera apparatus, operates in a normal operation mode which obtains and displays the photographed image if a motion size of the camera apparatus is smaller than a preset threshold value, and operates in a power reduction mode which stops the acquisition and display of the photographing image if a motion size of the camera apparatus is not smaller than a preset threshold value. Navigation service system and method for blind persons are provided to guide a blind person to a destination by using cubic sound as well as a voice, and notifying obstacles on the movement path by using an obstacle recognizing sensor. A navigation service system for blind persons includes a stereo headset(102) and a user terminal(100). The stereo headset includes a unit for recognizing a current sight direction of a blind person, a unit for connecting to the user terminal and a unit for outputting the navigation information. The stereo headset transmits the information about the current sight direction of a blind person to the user terminal. The user terminal compares an advancing direction on a movement path and the sight direction on a user's current position, and produces and transmits the navigation information to the stereo headset, which output the navigation information.

A system and a method for recognizing a seceder from a group are disclosed. The system according to the present invention comprises a plurality of member terminals and a leader terminal. The member terminals are carried by each of a plurality of members performing a group activity, and transmit a wave having a radio frequency. The leader terminal is carried by a leader of the group activity, receives the waves transmitted from each of the member terminals to detect intensities of the waves, acquires distances among the member terminals from the detected intensity of the wave, acquires a reference distance based on the acquired distances among the member terminals, and outputs an alarm when at least one distance between two member terminals is longer than the reference distance. Therefore, relative positions among group members rather than between the leader and each of the group members are tracked, the distances among the relative positions are processed statistically so that a seceder, who secedes from a group, is recognized quickly, and the leader is notified of the seceder. Then, the leader recognizes the seceder in an early stage, thereby preventing various accidents including disappearance.

PURPOSE: A user situation recognition mobile micro blogging service system using a social network based on a situation and providing method thereof are provided to improve the utilization rate of information by enabling a user to read the message of other users through a virtual network. CONSTITUTION: A service management server(12) provides a social network service based on a current situation to each user. A user terminal(11) transmits the situation information of the user to the service management server. The user terminal transmits the message of the user to the service management server. The user terminal receives the message of other user from the service management server. A situation base social network processing server(14) creates a dynamical social network.

A system and a method for monitoring behavior of students in field learning are disclosed. The system of the present invention includes: a plurality of member terminals which is possessed by a plurality of members performing group activity, comprises a plurality of sensors and image photographing units and data storage units, and collects and stores behavior information including position information and direction information of members, sight information, and motion information by matching the behavior information to time information; at least one leader terminal which is possessed by a leader and receives and stores the behavior information as to each member collected in the member terminals; and an analysis terminal which receives the behavior information from the leader terminal and the member terminals and estimates behavior distribution as to each of the position information and the direction information, the sight information, the motion information included in the received behavior information, and extracts characteristic behavior by analyzing difference among the behavior information of the members as to each estimated behavior distribution.

A system and a method for perceiving an outcast in a group are disclosed. The system according to the present invention comprises a plurality of member terminals and a leader terminal. The member terminals are carried by each of a plurality of members performing an outdoor activity, and transmit a wave having a radio frequency. The leader terminal is carried by a leader of the outdoor activity, receives the wave transmitted from each of the member terminals and detects an intensity of the wave, acquires distances among the member terminals from the detected intensity of the wave, calculates a group distance based on the acquired distances among the member terminals, classifies the member terminals into at least one subgroup, and discriminates an outcast terminal which is not included in the one subgroup. Therefore, the leader is enabled to recognize the outcast who is not included in the subgroup of the members in a group during the outdoor activity at an early stage, and seek for a solution so that an actual outcast harassment problem is prevented before it happens.
