본 발명은 생존에 필수적으로 필요한 물과 불을 제공하는 구명용 모자로서, 복수개의 층이 등고선 모양으로 형성되며 복수개의 층은 정수 알약성분을 포함하는 솜이 삽입된 제1층 및 정화솜이 삽입된 제2층을 포함하는 캡부와, 캡부 둘레에 나팔형태를 이루어 펼쳐지는 갓부와, 캡부 둘레 중 제1 지점에 일측이 연결되고 다른 일측의 끝부분에는 제1 점화기가 장착된 제1 모자줄과, 캡부 둘레 중 제2 지점에 일측이 연결되고 다른 일측의 끝부분에는 제2 점화기가 장착된 제2 모자줄을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A dual coil type small wind power generator is provided to suppress cogging by forming a plate winding a coil made of non-magnetic material. CONSTITUTION: A dual coil type small wind power generator includes a rotation fan unit, a first coil unit(200), a second coil unit, and a permanent magnet unit. The rotation fan unit is rotated with artificial wind or natural wind. The first coil is made of non-magnetic material. The first coil has a plurality of coil wires. The coil wires of the first coil unit are extended to the center of the circular inner circumference. The second coil is made of non-magnetic material. The second coil includes a plurality of coil wires. The coil wires of the second coil unit are radially extended on the outer circumference. The permanent magnet unit rotates by interlinking with the first coil unit and the second coil unit.

A gas measurement device is provided to maximize a light traveling distance in a minimum space by using a plurality of reflecting mirrors so as to improve the sensitivity of a sensor for a small variation in the quantity of gas. A gas measurement device(100) includes a light source emitting light, a detector(40) detecting the light emitted from the light source, a filter(41) included in the detector to pass only a wavelength region of gas, which is to be measured, and a guide(60) for guiding the light emitted from the light source to the detector to increase the traveling distance of the light. The guide includes a plurality of bent guide channels(20) and a plurality of reflecting mirrors(30) placed at bent portions of the guide channels.

A self temperature compensation type NDIR(Non-Dispersive Infrared) gas sensor is provided to eliminate changes in output voltage of a thermopile sensor due to ambient temperature changes by using a differential amplifier circuit. A self temperature compensation type NDIR gas sensor includes a thermopile sensor for infrared measurement, a linear temperature sensor, and a differential amplifier. The linear temperature sensor measures ambient temperature of the thermopile sensor. The differential amplifier differentially amplifies output of the thermopile sensor and output of the linear temperature sensor. A non-inverting terminal of the differential amplifier is applied with output voltage(AOT) of the thermopile sensor, and an inverting terminal thereof is applied with output voltage(AOR) of the linear temperature sensor.

A piezoelectric micro-speaker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve operational performance of a speaker membrane by installing a package structure on an upper portion of a diaphragm in the speaker. A concavo-convex part is formed by etching an outer part of a silicon substrate. A compressive film is formed on both sides of the silicon substrate. A lower electrode is formed on a center part and an outside of the concavo-convex part on the silicon substrate. A piezoelectric thin film is formed on the lower electrode. A lower insulating layer is formed on an entire surface of the substrate. An upper electrode is formed on the lower insulating layer and the outside of the concavo-convex part which is not overlapped with the lower electrode. An upper insulating layer(116) is formed on the entire surface of the silicon substrate. The silicon substrate is removed from the center part and the concavo-convex part.
