Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a modified rubber compound which comprises: a step of manufacturing an acid anhydride-grafted natural rubber by making a natural rubber react with a peroxide based initiator and an acid anhydride; and a step of making the acid anhydride-grafted natural rubber react with nylon, and to a modified rubber compound manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method for a modified rubber compound of the present invention is able to provide a modified rubber compound with excellent gas barrier properties, mechanical properties and wear properties.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种改性橡胶化合物的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:通过使天然橡胶与过氧化物类引发剂和酸酐反应来制造酸酐接枝天然橡胶的工序; 以及使酸酐接枝的天然橡胶与尼龙反应的步骤和由其制备的改性橡胶混合物。 本发明的改性橡胶化合物的制造方法能够提供具有优异的阻气性,机械性能和耐磨性的改性橡胶化合物。
