Disclosed is a communication apparatus and method using a massive multiple input multiple output (MIMO). The communication method conducted by a communication apparatus of a base station comprises the steps of measuring a transmission capacity between terminals disposed in a cell and a base station when a number of terminals disposed in the cell of the base station is greater than a number of terminals to be supported by the base station; and selecting at least one terminal for maximizing a network capacity from among terminals disposed in the cell based on the transmission capacity and the number of terminals to be supported by the base station.

본 발명은 모바일 디바이스의 리소스를 이용한 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 리소스 분배 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 방법은, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 모바일 리소스 분배 방법에 있어서, (a) 모바일 리소스에 대한 등록 요청이 입력되면 상기 등록 요청된 모바일 리소스를 분석하여 등록 가능한 리소스인지 확인하는 단계; (b) 상기 모바일 리소스가 등록 가능한 리소스이면 모바일 가상편성(MVO)을 생성하고 상기 모바일 리소스를 등록하는 단계; (c) 상기 등록된 모바일 리소스에 대한 메타데이터 정보를 저장하는 단계; (d) 서비스 요청을 입력받아 임무(task)로 분할하여 상기 모바일 가상편성에서 처리하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 모바일 가상편성에서 임무가 처리된 결과를 출력하는 단계를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for a realistic remote exploration service based on open social network service capable of receiving exploration image data of a region which a user terminal requests and a method thereof are provided to offer exploration image data of domestic and foreign remote regions to a user terminal using an explorer terminal connected to SNS(Social Network Service). CONSTITUTION: A explorer terminal management part(220) manages multiple explorer terminals connected to SNS. An explorer terminal recommendation part(230) recommends at least one explorer terminal to photograph an exploration region among the multiple explorer terminals to a user terminal based on recommendation information received from the user terminal. A remote exploration service control part(240) controls connection between the recommended explorer terminal and the user terminal. A network-based PLC(Packet Loss Concealment) method and an apparatus for the same are provided to maintain the quality of VoIP services regularly by increasing a PLC effect in a lost voice packet interval as a receiving unit executes PLC with loss-concealed voice packets having high correlation. A PLC apparatus(320) comprises a packet receiving part(321), a PLC processing part(322), a history buffer(323), and a packet transmitting part(324). The packet receiving part(321) receives VoIP packets, transmitted from a transmitting unit. The PLC processing part(322) judges whether packet loss has occurred in the VoIP packets received from the packet receiving part(321), and performs packet loss compensation for lost packets. The history buffer(323) stores the VoIP packets received from the PLC processing part(322). The packet transmitting part(324) forwards the VoIP packets, received from the PLC processing part(322), to the final receiving unit through a network.
