Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for calculating postal delivery workloads which identify workloads among postmen, distributing teams, and distributing post offices by objectively calculating workloads of postmen based on distribution work and delivery quantity handled by postmen in postal processes. Abstract: An apparatus for controlling the load of mail delivery and a method thereof are provided to adjust the number of postmen flexibly according to each day of the week.
