Abstract: 본 발명은 HL7 CDA 표준 기반의 개인건강기기 측정데이터 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 헬스 게이트웨이로부터 디바이스 CDA(Clinical Document Architecture)를 수신하는 수신부; 상기 수신부로부터 전달받은 상기 디바이스 CDA를 분석하여 헤더 정보 및 건강 측정 정보를 추출하는 CDA 분석부; 상기 CDA 분석부에 의해 추출된 헤더 정보를 저장하는 사용자/디바이스 DB(Database); 및 상기 CDA 분석부에 의해 추출된 건강 측정 정보를 저장하는 PHR(Personal Health Record) DB를 포함하며, 추가로 외부로부터 수신한 건강 이력 요청에 따라 상기 사용자/디바이스 DB 및 상기 PHR DB를 검색하는 건강이력 조회요청 처리부; 상기 건강이력 조회요청 처리부로부터 전달받은 검색 결과를 이용하여 건강 이력 CDA 문서를 구성하는 CDA 병합부; 및 상기 CDA 병합부에 의해 구성된 건강 이력 CDA를 외부로 제공하는 송신부를 더 포함할 수 있다.

The healthcare set-top transmits the CDA standard data to a healthcare server(320) through an IPTV communication network. The health care server is installed in the IPTV data center(300). The health care server manages collectively the CDA format data.
