Abstract: PURPOSE: A channel searching method of a wireless network system and a device thereof are provided to search a channel based on the determined time by determining time for searching the time. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission and searching signal reception unit(11) executes a data transceiving function and a searching signal reception function. A network transceiving information collecting unit(12) collects information related to transceiving from the received data channel. A searching channel and time determination unit(13) determines time and a channel by searching the time and the channel based on network information collected from the network transceiving information collecting unit. A channel searching unit(14) searches a channel according to the determined channel and time.
