인프라 구조 네트워크에서 복수의 단말들 사이의 통신 방법 및 자원 할당 방법이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 단말은 특정 주파수 대역을 이용하여 하향 링크 데이터의 수신을 위한 제1 시간 구간 및 상향 링크 데이터의 송신을 위한 제2 시간 구간과 구별되는 제3 시간 구간에서 적어도 하나의 다른 단말과 통신함으로써, 인프라 구조 네트워크의 큰 커버리지를 갖는 네트워크에서 특정 영역에 대해 부분적으로 소규모 네트워크를 생성하는 기술을 제공할 수 있다.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, an energy detection apparatus enables to easily determine the type of a communications system with an energy pattern map (MAP) produced from the energy information received from an available radio frequency. The energy detection apparatus includes an energy detecting unit for detecting the energy information corresponding to an arbitrary signal received between at least one or more communications systems based on a cognitive radio (CR) technology; an energy pattern producing unit for producing the energy pattern map (MAP) for a set period of time on the basis of the energy information; and an energy determining unit for determining an arbitrary communications system which generates the arbitrary signal among the communications systems on the basis of the energy pattern map and the pattern information stored previously when arbitrary pattern information corresponding to the energy pattern map is stored.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for a wireless cognitive mesh network based on a geo-location database and a method using the same are provided to be based on the geo-location database, thereby performing communications for the wireless cognitive mesh network while efficiently protecting incumbent users. CONSTITUTION: At least one transceiver (420) transmits or receives data using at least one directional antenna. A processor (430) determines a channel for performing communications for a wireless cognitive mesh network based on a geo-location database. The processor controls at least one transceiver based on a determined channel.
