Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmission method of GNSS(Global navigation satellite system) data for real time processing is provided to design a data format and a transmission priority determination method for real-time data transmission through a commercial wired network, thereby minimizing delay time in data processing and immediately delivering correction data to users. CONSTITUTION: A transmission method of GNSS data comprises the steps of: acquiring basic data by each base station(S100); and transmitting the basic data to a central station(S200). The basic data includes GNSS data which is transmitted from a plurality of GPSs; weather data which is acquired by each base station and the location data of each base station. The format of the data transmitted to the central station is organized with a preamble which indicates a beginning of a data packet, a time stamp, a receiving station ID which is identification of a base station, a packet ID, packet message data, an acquire data time which indicates the time when the base station acquired data, weather data, and a receiving station health flag which indicates whether the base station operates normally or not. The central station receives the data received according to the priority determined by a weighted fair queuing algorithm. Abstract: PURPOSE: A data transmitting and receiving apparatus for a satellite navigation base station is provided to transmit and receive the data steadily and strongly to the surrounding environment, and to easily move on necessity. CONSTITUTION: A data transmitting and receiving apparatus for a satellite navigation base station is comprised of the followings: a main body(10) in which a door(11) opening and closing an accommodation space in a front side is installed; an environment maintenance unit(20) which maintains the inner temperature of the main body within a constant temperature range; a satellite navigation data receiving unit(30) which is installed inside the main body and receives a signal which is transmitted from the navigation satellites; a central processing unit(40) which receives a signal which is obtained from the satellite navigation data receiving unit, performs a signal inspection and stores the data at the same time, and transmits the satellite navigation data to a central office; a communication unit(50) which connects the central processing unit and central office by the communication; a power source maintenance unit(60) which supplies the emergency power source by being connected to the satellite navigation data receiving unit, the central processing unit, and the communication unit; a power supply unit which receives the power source from the common electricity or the generator and supplies to the environment maintenance unit, the satellite navigation data receiving unit, the central processing unit, the communication unit and the power source maintenance unit; and a display unit(80) which selectively outputs the data which is provided from the central processing unit. In a rear side lower part of the main body, an air inlet port and a suction fan are installed consecutively. In the ceiling of the main body, an exhaust fan is installed. In both sides upper part of the main body, an air outlet is formed, respectively. In the communication unit, a wired communication terminal(51), a mobile communication terminal(52), and a sharing device(53) are equipped. The sharing device is connected to a monitoring camera(54) which is installed at the outside, and acquires the external weather measuring device and the video information of an antenna.
