Abstract: 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따른 이송 대차 순환 시스템은, ⅰ)작업장의 플로어 상에서 다수의 작업 공정부들을 따라 X축 방향으로 구성되어 이송 대차를 X(+) 방향으로 이송시키는 대차 이송라인과, ⅱ)상기 플로어 상에서 상기 대차 이송라인과 평행하게 구성되어 상기 이송 대차를 X(-) 방향으로 이송시키는 대차 리턴라인과, ⅲ)상기 대차 이송라인 및 상기 대차 리턴라인의 전후방 측을 각각 연결하는 트래버스들과, ⅳ)상기 대차 리턴라인에 Y축 방향으로 각각 연결되며, X축 방향을 따라 일정 간격을 두고 연속적으로 구성되어 상기 이송 대차를 적재하며 그 이송 대차를 Y(±) 방향으로 이송시키는 다수의 스토리지들을 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cart circulating system is provided to simplify the facilities of a system and improve the spatial utilization rate of a workplace by including a cart transfer line, a cart return line, traverses, and storages. CONSTITUTION: A cart circulating system comprises a cart transfer line, a cart return line(210), traverses(310,320), and storages(410). The cart transfer line is formed on the floor of a workplace along process sections in an X-axis direction. The cart transfer line transfers a cart(3) in an X-direction. The cart return line is placed in parallel to the cart transfer line. The cart return line transfers the cart in the X-direction. The traverses connect the front and the rear of the cart return line and the cart transfer line. The storages are respectively connected to the cart return line in a Y-axis direction.
