Una unidad (34) de evaluacion determina de manera continua, basandose en al menos un analisis de la diferencia de las velocidades circunferenciales de las poleas a lo largo de un intervalo de tiempo, un valor que describe la rigidez de la seccion respectiva de la cinta (12) transportadora, que esta ubicada actualmente entre al menos dos poleas. La unidad (34) de evaluacion esta prevista para proporcionar una senal de advertencia en caso de que el valor para la rigidez este disminuyendo por debajo de un limite determinado

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing windings for a dry-type transformer with in each case one winding for the low voltage (LV winding) and one for the high voltage (HV winding), which are each electrically insulated from one another and whose layers are electrically insulated from one another by virtue of, initially, the winding for the low voltage being produced from electrically conductive wire or tape material and an insulating layer consisting of resin-impregnated fibre material, for example rovings, being wound around said winding, with the winding for the high voltage then being formed on top of said winding, with the individual layers of the winding for the high voltage each being insulated from one another by means of resin-impregnated fibre rovings, wherein, prior to the application of the HV winding, the maximum insulating thickness required for the layer insulation and the number of fibre rovings corresponding to this insulating thickness is determined and, in addition, each winding layer and the associated insulating layer are produced simultaneously with a physical offset with respect to one another and the required insulating thickness is set both via the number of fibre rovings and via the winding feed of the fibre rovings, wherein, in addition, in order to produce the winding, fibre polymer layers formed from fibres and a solid polymer matrix are applied alternately and repeatedly, as layers of insulation, simultaneously with the winding conductor between the individual winding layers of the winding, and, once said fibre/polymer layers have been applied to the individual winding layers, the finished winding is subjected to a curing operation, such that the prepregs applied to the winding are cured.

Abstract: The method involves simultaneously applying fiber-polymer layers of winding conductors as insulation layers, between individual winding layers of coils, where the fiber-polymer layers are selectively and repeatedly formed from fibers and massive polymer matrix. The finished coils are subjected to a hardening process after application of the fiber-polymer layers on the individual winding layers, so that a prepreg i.e. endless fiber, applied on the coils is hardened. The coils are electrically isolated among each other in a layered manner. An independent claim is also included for a coil comprising a fiber-polymer layer.
