A diagnostic marker is composed of particles that have a diameter of from 1 nm to 100 µm, the particles possessing on their surfaces a site that has a high specific bonding ability to a specific antigen residing on the mucosa of digestive cancers and a site that has a low bonding ability to the mucosa of digestive organs, and further incorporating an identification material.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for introducing a water-soluble high molecular weight substance such as nucleic acid and protein to cells through a simple process with high efficiency, and an introductory agent.SOLUTION: The method for introducing a water-soluble high molecular weight substance to cells includes a process of bringing an aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion containing grafted type polymer having a membrane-permeable peptide group on a branched chain and water-soluble high molecular weight substance (except the grafted polymer having the membrane-permeable peptide group on a side chain) into contact with cells.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer with which absorption of a drug is improved and a stimulus imparted to a living body in drug administration is reduced, and to provide a transepithelial absorption accelerator, and formulation for medicine. SOLUTION: The polymer has a membrane permeable peptide in the side chain. At least one amino acid constituting the membrane permeable peptide is preferably a basic amino acid, Furthermore, the polymer may exist singly by itself, or may have a crosslinked structure via covalent bonding or via non-covalent bonding type interaction. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate for use in the inspection of flocculation low in the non-specific bondabilities with an antigen or an antibody and capable of greatly improving inspection sensitivity, and to provide its manufacturing method and a flocculation inspecting reagent using them. SOLUTION: The particulate for use in the inspection of flocculation has a region low in the bonding properties to the specific antigen or the specific antibody on its surface and has a particle size of 1 nm-100 μm.
