Abstract: This document describes a system and method through which unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) can be docked, with a device that can secure the UAVs, and information can be transmitted to and from such UAVs. The UAVs are secured through the use of magnetic fields. The system also includes a means for transmitting information between the docking system itself, the UAV(s) and/or between the docking system and a command center, which may be a notable distance from the docking system, or among the docking system, the UAV(s) and the command center.

Abstract: A radar enclosure that includes two side wall components, a top aerodynamically streamlined shape component, the two side wall components extending from the base surface to the a top aerodynamically streamlined shape component forming an enclosure cavity, and an antenna supporting component disposed in the enclosure cavity and configured to support a phased array antenna, the phased array antenna being disposed at an angle with respect to a normal to the base surface is disclosed. The networking of the radar with such enclosures increases the radar coverage by adding to the possible collection of locations and thus potentially increasing the data to be analyzed—ultimately increasing the accuracy of the readings.

Abstract: This document describes a system in which a sensory instrumentality—detecting and monitoring its location within a particular environment—detects and monitors aspects of its environment (such as, for example, sounds, movements, lighting, colors, surfaces, smells, tastes, signals or combinations of the foregoing) and then sends signals that triggers changes in the environment (or objects in the environment) based upon certain relational matches of locations and aspects of the environment detected. The method described in this document includes the steps of detecting and monitoring locations and the surroundings of a sensory instrumentality, comparing the combination of location and surroundings readings with specific parameters, and causing a change in one or more aspects of or in the environment (or one or more objects in the environment) when there is a match between a particular location, the detected aspect of the surroundings, and the specific parameter.

Abstract: Disclosed is a networked array of radar enclosures that can be arranged to cover a desired geographical location. The array can detect moving objects in the coverage area. When warranted, elements of the array can also control the movement of associated objects, for example, friendly drones. The present invention also combines attributes that facilitate the less conspicuous detection and monitoring of moving objects, with the capability of distinguishing types of moving objects.
