The dimers and oligomers are new. The prods. can be used as high-boiling solvents and as oligomeric C-C labile synergetic cpds. for the flame-retarding and antistatic finishing of fibres and plastic foils. The prods. do not "sweat" out of plastics and have a high complex bonding capacity for metal salts.
