Abstract: PURPOSE: To facilitate device movement at the time of measurement in a multiple propagation characteristic measuring device for measuring the propagation characteristics of a propagation line for generating multipath phasing in mobile object communication. CONSTITUTION: A transmission means 1 sends out transmission signals composed of discrete frequency spectrum components to the propagation line. A relay means 2 receives the transmission signals while moving, shifts a frequency so as not to overlap on a frequency axis for the reception signals and sends them to a reception means 3. By the movement of the relay means 2, the reception signals receives the multipath phasing. The reception means 3 incorporates an analysis device and acquires the multiple propagation characteristics of the propagation line by analyzing the signals sent from the relay means 2. Since the analysis device is provided in the reception means 3, the moving relay means 2 is turned to small-scale constitution and thus, the device movement at the time of the measurement is facilitated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature and highly stable modulator capable of modulation in the whole region of 360 degree and amplitude modulation at the same time by dividing an input signal into two input signals, hourly changing a phase shift quantity on the basis of a clock signal with the use of the input signal which is large in a division ratio and composing said signal with the other input signal which is small therein. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is divided into two input signals with the use of a signal distributor 1, a signal (b) in which the signal which is large in a signal level is phase-modulated with the use of a phase shifter 2 is generated, another signal which is small in a signal level remains intact, and the two signals are transmitted to a signal composer 3 to perform composition of vectors. Since its composite wave phase is domained by the signal (b) which is large in the signal level to produce, the phase is increased and decreased at specified angular velocity and can be continuously increased, decreased and rotated within 360 degrees. This shifts a signal (a) to frequency- modulate, on the other hand, amplitude modulation is performed by the amplitude difference in two signals in composite wave amplitude. As the result, since angle modulation and amplitude modulation can be performed simultaneously, a Doppler- shifted false echo can be given to a radar to be received as an interference electric wave.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a compact and light-weight infrared chopper with high reliability and a highly accurate infrared image sensing device equipped with the chopper. CONSTITUTION:An infrared chopper 5 is provided with a cylindrical body 2, through-holes 1a, 1b in the cylindrical body 2, and a rotary body 4 directly coupled to a rotary shaft 3 thereby to intermittently pass an infrared ray IR. The infrared chopper 5 processes at least the rear face 4b of the rotary body to be black. A plurality of the rotary bodies 4 are interlockingly driven in an overlapping manner, so that the rotary bodies 4 cooperatively connect or disconnect the elongate through-holes 1a, 1b. This infrared image sensing device thermally controls the cylindrical body 2 at a constant temperature (REF) by comparing a reference temperature detecting output V of the infrared chopper 5 and a predetermined set temperature REF. Accordingly, a highly accurate temperature reference can be always obtained from the rear face 4b of the rotary body.

Then the outputs of the respective signals are set to integral multiples of the pulses Po which are generated by multiplying the output of the oscillator through multipliers 11, 15, and 28 and dividing the frequency of the output of the oscillator 10 by a frequency divider 25. Therefore, the spuriousness generated in a Doppler area owing to the nonlinear factor or a noise spectrum induced with a large-electric-power pulse is superposed upon the spectrum of a sent wave and removed by MTI processing, so that an image and a Doppler sound which are obtained become articulate.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a transmitting system and a receiving system flow to each separate manufacturing line by constituting the receiving system having no feedback loop linked with the transmitting system. CONSTITUTION:When a clock pulse CK is supplied to a terminal 305 of an up-and-down counter 301, an up-count and a down-count are repeated successively as time elapses, as long as the voltage of a terminal 306 is at an L level. Also, its output is supplied to a D/A converter 302, therefore, a waveform transmitted through a path (f) from a terminal 303 goes to a triangular wave sweep signal 304, and it is inputted to a terminal (b) of an adder 501. If a terminal (a) input of the adder 501 is at an L level, a triangular wave 304 controls a local oscillator 502 of a voltage control type oscillator, and its local oscillator frequency is applied to frequency sweep in a prescribed range. In such a way, in a period of searching a transmission frequency, automatic control of the local oscillation frequency is put in charge of a sweep frequency generating means 300, and a transmitting system in which the transmission frequency executes hopping at random is tracked independently in a receiving system, therefore, a feedback loop extending over both the transmitting and receiving systems can be eliminated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totally reduce a cost by roughly compressing the level fluctuation of reference body signals in an equipment mounted to an earth satellite, receiving in a ground equipment, then averaging the fluctuation of the reference body signals including noise and correcting object signals. SOLUTION: The DC reproducing circuit or clamp circuit 11 of the equipment 1 mounted to the earth satellite roughly compresses the DC fluctuation part of a dynamic range for input signals provided with the level fluctuation for which the output of an infrared ray detector for detecting infrared rays from a reference body and an object in a time division manner is AC amplified and an A/D converter 12 reduces quantization noise and performs transmission to the ground equipment 2. The averaging processing circuit 21 of the ground equipment 2 performs an averaging processing for removing the noise mixed in observing the reference body, corrects the error of the reference level of the video data of the object in received data and obtains the accurate video data of the object. Thus, resources mounted to the satellite are reduced, the degree of freedom is given to processings on the ground and a generally effective image processing system is constructed.

A radar/communication equipment is provided with the directional antenna provided so that it can scan space and a radar/communication part transmitting/receiving the radar signal through the directional antenna and transmitting or receiving the data signal. A traveling communication equipment is provided with the non-directional antenna, a relay part amplifying the radar reception signal wave of the non-directional antenna and relaying/transmitting it from the non- directional antenna, a reception part demodulating the data reception signal of the relay part and a data processing part executing the data processing of demodulation data.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a device superior in conformity with a comparatively simple constitution by most strongly outputting the received waves into the connection terminal of a part corresponding to the direction of its arrival when the radio waves are received on a lens antenna. CONSTITUTION:An ECM (Electronic Counter Measures) device is connected to a lens antenna 10 and a plurality of the connection terminals 12-1 - 12-n of the antenna 10 respectively to process the received waves from the connection terminals to make them jamming waves and a plurality of the repeater jammer circuits 14-1 - 14-n for transmitting to the connection terminals are provided. And when the radio waves are received in the antenna 10, the received waves are most strongly output into the connection terminals of the part corresponding to the direction of its arrival. In addition, on the contrary, when transmitted waves are supplied to the connection terminals, the radio waves are transmitted to the direction of the arrival of the received waves. Accordingly if the circuits 14-1 - 14-n are connected to each connection terminal 12-1 - 12-n of the antenna 10, the repeater jammer circuit corresponding to the arrival direction of the radio waves are operated to immediately return the jamming waves to its arrival direction.
