Abstract:
A micro heater, a micro heater manufacturing method and an environment sensor using the same are provided to prevent mechanical deformation and deformation due to heat by reducing heat loss and using a silicon oxide film and a silicon nitride film. A micro heater(400) comprises: an elastic film formed by successively evaporates a first silicon oxide film, a silicon nitride film and a second silicon oxide film; a heating part(200), and a diffusing plate(250) and a heating part electrode(210) which are formed on the top of the elastic film; and an insulating film formed on the upper end of the heating part, the diffusing plate and the heating part electrode. The diffusing plate comprises a junction part vertically connected to the heating part.

PURPOSE: A force acoustic dipole and force acoustic multi pole array using the same improves all kinds of the acoustic regenerations performance by providing the sound effect having without disturbance presence. CONSTITUTION: A phase shifter(130) outputs the first acoustic signal by phase-converting the input signal to the designated angle. The phase inverter outputs the second acoustic signal by turning reversely the phase of the first acoustic signal. The first, and 2 sound pressure controllers(150a, 150b) respectively control the first, and the sound pressure of 2 acoustic signal. The first and second AMPs(160a, 160b) respectively amplify the first controlled the sound pressure, and 2 acoustic signal. The first and second polar speakers(110, 120) respectively output the amplified first as described above, and 2 acoustic signal. The sub steering part(170) steers the first outputted from the first and second polar speakers, and the acoustic lobe direction according to 2 acoustic signal.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of positive electrode active material powder, and the positive electrode active material powder manufactured therefrom are provided to form a coating film with a uniform thickness, and to prevent a leakage of manganese. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of positive electrode active material powder comprises the following steps: melting a water-soluble polymer(12) to water; coating the water soluble polymer on the surface of a positive electrode active material particle(10) by adding the positive electrode active material particle to the water and stirring; adsorbing metal ions to the surface of the coated positive electrode active material particle; filtering and drying the positive electrode active material powder; and sintering the powder for forming a coating film(16).
