    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA(code division multiple access) system providing a load and interference based on demand assignment service. SOLUTION: A mobile station requesting speed more than base data speed transmits pilot strength information concerning the base station of a self cell or an adjacent cell. The pilot strength data decides data speed assigned to the mobile station. When pilot strength information has prescribed relation with a threshold value, increase data speed is assigned. In another execution example, a series of threshold levels are used and the respective threshold levels has relation with different permission data speed. Data speed which satisfies the interference condition of the whole adjacent cells is decided by pilot strength information. In another execution example, increase data speed being proper to the mobile station requesting speed increase is assigned through the use of pilot strength data which is received together with an average adjacent cell ability load in place of the threshold level.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress transmission power in the forward link of a code division multiple access(CDMA) remote communication system by offset ting a reference power level to a level suitable for current frame speed through an offset controller. SOLUTION: Between an FER(frame error rate) monitor/power controller 20 and a variable speed transmitter (VRT) 30, an offset controller 40 is installed for offsetting a reference power level PREF to the level suitable for the current frame speed. Further, the numerical value of PREF is received, and that numerical value is adjusted as the function of frame speed received from a vocoder 10. When the frame speed changes, the numerical value of PREF is adjusted as the function of an offset numerical value generated corresponding to the new frame speed. Afterwards, it is supplied to the VRT 30 as an offset power level POS. In this case, a channel coded frame is transmitted. Thus, the transmission power in the forward link of the CDMA remote communication system can be effectively controlled.

    Abstract: Un metodo y el sistema de comunicaciones multiplexadas con division del tiempo en donde el tiempo se divide en varias estructuras y cada estructura se divide en N incrementos de la senal de datos. El metodo y el sistema ademas tiene un primer multiplexor el cual tiene un canal de regimen medio se forma como una serie de incrementos de la senal que ocurren periodicamente cada N incrementos de la senal por estructura, un segundo multiplexor en donde un canal de regimen completo se forma como dos canales de regimen medio en intervalos de tiempo consecutivos, y un transmisor transmite el canal de regimen completo desde una primera estacion inalambrica a una segunda estacion inalambrica. El canal de regimen completo provisto por dos canales de regimen medio en intervalos de tiempo consecutivos producen una significativa mayor reunion de recursos disponible para la asignacion del trafico de la comunicacion. Para los canales de regimen completo, el metodo de intercalacion 0246/1357 que se utiliza por el sistema se ajusta tan bien como el metodo 0123/4567 conocido cuando se utiliza la frecuencia de rebote ideal, y el metodo 0246/1357 se desarrolla mejor cuando la frecuencia de rebote no ideal o no se usa la frecuencia de rebote.
