    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material having high heat insulating performance at the initial time and aging time, and capable of improving productivity of the vacuum heat insulating material. SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulating material has a core material, a moisture adsorbing substance, and an envelope material. The core material is molded like a board by connecting inorganic fibers with the moisture adsorbing substance, the moisture adsorbing substance is connected and integrated with the inorganic fibers to prevent falling, and the core material can have moisture adsorbing performance. Thus, the initial internal pressure just after decompression sealing can be reduced, and the internal pressure can be kept with the lapse of time, thereby providing the high-quality vacuum heat insulating material. SOLUTION: This heat insulation material comprises core material, and the covering material of laminate film composed of polyethylene terephthalate on which at least film of hard carbon is deposited, and polyethylene film of a thickness of 25 μm or more and 60 μm or less. After the core material is covered with the covering material, the inner side is pressure-reduced, and polyethylene film is heat-fused to seal it.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recycle property of a vacuum heat insulator, and reduce the weight thereof by filling the powder carrying at least the oxidation inhibitor in a part of the powder formed by crashing the organic resin composition as a core material of a vacuum heat insulator in an inner bag material having a ventilating property. SOLUTION: The powder 4 of the crashed organic resin composition powder and the oxidation inhibitor 5 are mixed and agitated so as to manufacturing the powder 4 carrying the oxidation inhibitor 5. The predetermined a quantity of this powder 4 is filled in an inner bag material 3 having a ventilating property so as to manufacture a core material 2 for vacuum heat insulator 1. After performing the heating to the core material 2, the core material 2 is inserted with the gas adsorbent 6 into an outer material 7 made of the gas barrier type laminated film. Thereafter, evacuation is performed in a vacuum chamber provided with a thermal fusion device, and an end of the outer material 7 is sealed by thermal fusion so as to form a vacuum heat insulator 1. As an organic resin composition, the hard urethane foam as a foaming body of the urethane resin composition is especially desirable.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of a dwelling house wall so as to improve construction efficiency and attain high heat insulation performance of a dwelling house by covering plural vacuum heat insulators with a foam synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Previously a spacer is fitted to a vacuum heat insulator 3. After the vacuum heat insulators 3 are installed in a face material with a designated space between the vacuum heat insulator 3 and the face material, a foam heat insulating material 2 is filled to cover the whole of the vacuum heat insulators 3 with a foam heat insulating material. The heat insulating panel 1 has a frame 5, and the frame 5 is partitioned by a longitudinal material 6 to heighten the rigidity of the frame 5. By jointly using the foam heat insulating material 2 and the vacuum insulators 3, the heat insulating panel 1 is forced to exhibit heat insulating performance, so that the wall thickness of the heat insulating panel 1 can be reduced so as to remarkably improve construction efficiency. As the vacuum insulators 3 are covered with the foam heat insulating material 2, external shock is not applied to the vacuum insulators 3 so as to solve the problem that the vacuum heat insulators 3 are burst by a shock at the time of construction and dew condensation is caused by deterioration of performance of the heat insulating panel 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain the foamed heat-insulating material excellent in heat insulation, environmental compatibility, etc., and useful for refrigerators, freezers, etc., by mixing a foaming polyurethane raw material composition with a specific carbon dioxide-adsorbing agent with stirring. CONSTITUTION: This foamed heat-insulating material is produced by mixing (A) a raw material composition comprising an organic polyisocyanate, a polyol, a catalyst, a foam stabilizer and water as a foaming agent with (B) a carbon dioxide-adsorbing agent coated with a plastic such as PVA. The component B is preferably potassium hydroxide-adsorbed activated carbon coated with PVA. The foamed heat-insulating material is obtained e.g. by preliminarily mixing the raw materials of the component A, and subsequently mixing the component A with the component B to produce the foamed product.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a thermally insulating polyurethane foam contg. few froth voids and excellent in thermal insulating properties with safety by using a blowing agent comprising specific hydrofluorocarbons. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane foam is produced by mixing an org. polyisocyanate, a polyol, water, a catalyst, a foam stabilizer, and a blowing agent comprising 20wt.% or less of 1, 1, 1-trifluoroethane and 80wt.% or more of 1, 1, 1, 2-tetrafluoroethane. More specifically, a thermally insulated box is obtd. by mixing the polyol, the catalyst, the stabilizer, and the blowing agent in a specified ratio to give a premix, mixing the premix with the polyisocyanate in a specified ratio with a high-pressure foaming machine, and injecting the resulting mixture into the space between outer and inner boxes to allow the mixture to foam.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title structure excellent in heat-insulating properties, flame retardancy and noncorrosiveness by packing an expanded heat-insulating material prepared by using a hydrocarbon foaming agent and containing a hydroxy organo-phosphorus compound into a heat-insulating structure having a metal pipe in its inside. CONSTITUTION:A starting material containing an organic polyisocyanate, a polyol and additives including a catalyst, a foam stabilizer and a halogen-free organophosphorus compound having a molecular weight of 150 or above and having a functional hydroxy group is mixed and expanded with a blowing agent of a hydrocarbon such as pentane or cyclopentane to obtain an expanded heat-insulating material. This material is poured into the space confined by a plastic facing material 2 such as ABS and an iron sheet 3 and having a copper pipe through which a refrigerant is circulated and molded to obtain a heat- insulating structure 1 packed with an expanded heat-insulating material 4. This material has flame retardancy equivalent to that of CFC11 and does not suffer from the corrosion of the metal pipe by freed phosphorus nor its migration to the plastic facing material.

The expanded heat insulating material is packed into between an inner box and an outer box to give a heat insulating box material.
