Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To harmlessly and easily remove printing substance on already used sheet-like material and to realize recycling by supplying washing water principally composed of ether dissolving only the printing substance to the printing substance and removing the printing substance dissolved by the washing water. SOLUTION: Aqueous solution principally composed of ether is supplied by specified amount from a washing water supply part 13 to a OHP sheet 3 placed on a wide belt 9, and heated by a heater 15. For example, the washing water is anion surfactant principally composed of diethylene glycol dibutyl ether. In such a case, toner used for printing on the OHP sheet 3 is dissolved by the penetrating action of the washing water, and its dissolving action is accelerated with heat by the heater 15, then it is fed to a reproducing processing part 14 in a state where adhesive force with coating is weakened. The toner dissolved in the washing water in the processing part 14 is removed from the sheet 3 together with the washing water so as to recover the washing water in which the toner is mixed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the dispersion of the relative position of a cassette receiving base and an engaging member and to improve the reliability of a mechanism by forming the engaging member on a cassette receiving base side integrally with the cassette receiving base. SOLUTION: The cassette receiving base 33 is the integrally molded item of resin, positioned on a chassis bottom surface 31b by a positioning pin 35 and a positioning piece 41 and fixed by a screw. When a holder 11 is lowered, the pawl 13a of a pawl member 13 and the pawl hook 43a of a pawl hooking part 43 are engaged and the holder 11 is held at a cassette mounting position. Also, at the time of elevating the holder 11, the pawl member 13 is swung counterclockwise and the pawl 13a is detached. Since the pawl hooking part 43 of this cassette mounting device is integrally molded with the cassette receiving base 33, no dispersion is generated in the relative position relation of the pawl hook and the cassette receiving base. Also, the need of a positioning means by the single body of the pawl hooking part 43 is eliminated and excessive works or the like are not required.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash a used sheet efficiently and permit the recycling of the sheet by a method wherein the sheet is transferred to a washing tank, filled with a washing liquid, while retaining the sheet and the washing liquid is provided with the ultrasonic oscillation of a predetermined frequency under a condition that the sheet is dipped into the washing liquid, in a case when the used sheet, on which printing is effected on the surface of the same, is washed. SOLUTION: An OHP sheet 2 is retained by a plurality of clips 4, attached to a conveyor 3, to move the same in accordance with the rotation of the conveyor 3 and wash the same through washing tanks 5 and primary as well as secondary water washing tanks 6, 7. A neutral detergent is filled into the washing tank 5 as washing liquid and the OHP sheet 2 is dipped into the neutral detergent. On the other hand, an oscillator in the tank is oscillated through ultrasonic oscillation generated by a ultrasonic oscillator 10, attached to the washing tank 5 to generate cavitation in the neutral detergent. According to this method, printed matters, formed on the sheet 2, are resolved and separated within a short period of time by the soaking effect of the washing liquid into carbon black and a styrene based resin on the OHP sheet 2 as well as the crushing effect due to the cavitation.

The sheet 2 interposed between the peeling material 5 and the belt 6 is carried in an X-direction with one of a pair of pulleys rotationally driven by a first motor-driven motor 8 and the peeling agent 5 is heated and permeates the carbon of the stuck toner 3, etc. to accelerate peeling. In a scraping process, the clamping means 13 clamping the sheet 2 is moved in a Y- direction, so that the toner 3 which swells and is accelerated in a peeling effect is scraped by a second blade 17 and the toner can be efficiently removed in a short time, without damaging/deforming the sheet 2. Thus, a reproduced sheet of high quality can be obtained.
