Abstract: PURPOSE:To determine an object to be measured with high sensitivity by providing an integreting sphere to a detector and arranging a liquid opaque material body having an opening for limiting a reagent applying extent on a porous film. CONSTITUTION:A photometric device S constituted in such a way that a part 3 to be tested is irradiated with light from a light source counterposed to the opening 21 of an integrating sphere and reflected light from the part 3 is introduced to the sphere 2, and then, the reflected light is detected by means of a detector 4 provided on the side face of the sphere 2 is used. Since the reflected light from the part 3 is converged to the detector 4, the quantity of detected light becomes larger and the degree of coloring can be sufficiently recognized, resulting in high-sensitivity measurement. It is preferable to constitute the sphere 2 in such a way that the internal surface is coated with a material having a high reflection efficiency and the opening 21 can be brought nearer to the part 3 as much as possible, and then, the sphere 2 can have such a diameter that does not allow other part than the part 3 to enter the opening 21. In addition a liquid opaque material body having a reagent introducing opening is arranged so as to improve the effectiveness of the device S.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simply and efficiently wash a sampling tube by constituting this device so that a washing block in which the sampling tube is inserted through vertically is provided, and in the washing block, wash water is supplied and a sump solution is discharged. CONSTITUTION:In the figure, a sampling tube 1 descends and inserted into a sample container 17, and samples a sample liquid 18. After sampling is ended, the tube 1 is allowed to ascend by a fixed arm 2, and simultaneously, wash water 13 is supplied into the upper insert-through hole 7 from a supply port 10, while operating a vacuum pump 15. During this time, the liquid 18 adhering to the outside of the tube 1 is sucked from a discharge port 14, and subsequently, the outside of the tube 1 is washed the wash water 13 supplied to the insert- through hole 7. Next, when the lower end of the tube 1 reaches the ascending limit A, a sampling pump 3 operates. In such a way, the wash water 13 is sucked to the tube 1 and flows to a measuring cell 4, and the inside of the tube 1 and the cell 4 are washed. The wash water 13 used for washing is sucked from the discharge port 14.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance washing effect, by flowing a part of the next liquid to be examined through a flow cell prior to measurement while repeating flowing and stopping. CONSTITUTION:A flow cell consists of a flow cell main body 1, an indication electrode 2, a comparison electrode 3, a pipeline 4 for introducing a liquid to be examined, the liquid 5 to be examined and a pump 6. A part of the next liquid to be examined is sucked from the left side of the pipeline 4 prior to measurement by the pump 6 to be introduced into said pipeline 4 and the starting and stopping of the pump 6 is repeatedly performed regularly. The preceedingly measured liquid adhered to the interior of the flow cell main body 1 or the detection terminal parts of the electrodes 2, 3 is perfectly removed and discharged by the pump 6.
