    Abstract: Provided is a frame structure for a seat back, the frame structure being provided in a seat back having a seat belt retractor and a seat belt guide at the top of a seat and configured to have an integrated structure of a diagonal frame that diagonally extends upward to a seat belt guide installation part from a first support point located on one end side in the seat width direction of the lower part of the seat back, a vertical frame that extends upward from a second support point located on the other end side in the seat width direction of the lower part of the seat back with the upper end thereof connected to the diagonal frame, and a horizontal frame that extends between the lower end of the diagonal frame and the lower end of the vertical frame. The stiffness of the frame structure with respect to a load acting toward the front of or diagonally toward the front of the seat can be effectively improved, and the weight of the frame structure can be easily reduced.

    Abstract: A frame structure is provided within a seat back and has a seatbelt retractor and a seatbelt guide which is located at the upper part of a seat frame. A frame structure for a seat back is characterized in that the frame structure is configured so as to comprise: an oblique frame member extending obliquely from a first support point toward an upper seatbelt guide installation section, the first support point being located on one end side of the lower part of the seat back in the seat width direction; and a vertical frame member extending upward from a second support point and having an upper end connected to the oblique frame member, the second support point being located on the other end side of the lower part of the seat back in the seat width direction. The configuration in which the oblique frame member and the vertical frame member are provided to the seatbelt guide installation section effectively improves the rigidity of the frame structure against a load acting thereon from front or diagonally front and facilitates a reduction in the weight of the frame structure.
