Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator assembly having a row of stator vanes with an allowable level of durability and replaceability. SOLUTION: This stator assembly comprises shrouds. The detail of various coinfigurations limiting the movement of stator vanes 28 into a flow path by the limitation of the shrouds is expanded. For example, a clip member 62 extends throiugh an opening part 64 located at a vane tip part 52 of the stator vane 28, and the clip member 62 is disposed on a non-flow path surface of an inside shround 56 so as to limit the vane tip part 52 of the stator vane 28 for an inward movement.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a direction of an aerofoil in a filling processing of the aerofoil. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a sprue plate member 62 for positioning a sprue plate and an aerofoil 10 of an ejection molding device, and a fixing fixture 56 having a reference face separated from the sprue plate 62 in a blade width direction. Also, a core having a portion with a same dimension as the aerofoil 10 is arranged in a gap 13, and a fluid mask member is arranged in the gap 13 and is hardened so as to form the mask for restraining the aerofoil 10. At that time, the core is held by the sprue plate 62 and the reference face in a manner that the core direction against the sprue plate member 62 and the reference face is equalized with that in the processing condition. Then, the mask material is cut in approximately blade direction so as to form a divide line. The mask is arranged in the fixing fixture 56 under the processing condition, and the aerofoil 10 is inserted in the mask. The direction of the fixing fixture 56 is decided against the sprue plate 62 in a manner that the aerofoil 10 is supported by the mask.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser cutoff material suitable for mass production and relatively easily removable without repeating work taking time and without forming a noxious fluid. SOLUTION: A tool 12 for arranging laser cutoff material inside an airfoil 10 comprises a block and a sprue plate 62 coming in contact with the airfoil 10 in the span direction, and a mask 78 with a pair of mask members 82, 84 coinciding with the outer face of the airfoil 10. The respective mask members 82, 84 have joint faces adjacent to the airfoil 10 in the installed state. These joint faces impede the movement of the airfoil 10 in the chord direction and prevent the cutoff material from flowing out to a positioning face in drilling of the airfoil 10.

The sprue plate 62 comprises a passage 65 for receiving pressurized cutoff material and discharging the cutoff material into the airfoil 10.

SOLUTION: This barrier material 52 for reducing the intensity of a laser beam L in a laser mechanical treatment contains a thermoplastic polymer which is formed of only carbon and hydrogen, has >=30 melt flow index and is partially crystalline so as to have >40% crystallinity so that the radiation beam of the laser beam L is diffused. The barrier material 52 has elastic characteristics and deforms according to the load as the material expands when undergoing a burnout treatment and is capable of making a stress escape so as not to transmit all the force by the thermal expansion of the material to an air foil 10.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging a laser prevention material inside an aerofoil having cooling holes easily. SOLUTION: An insertion material 74 of a laser prevention material having a shear-viscosity property bigger than 0 is formed, and arranged in a chamber 72 equipped with a nozzle. Furthermore, one part of the material is inserted in the nozzle from the chamber 72 so that shear-viscosity occurs to at least one part of the material before the material flows in the aerofoil 10. Also, energy is applied to the material so that the material temperature is raised higher than its melting point before the material flows into the aerofoil 10. A laser prevention material is pressurized under such a presser that additive shear-viscosity occurs when the material flow through a passage having a water diameter smaller than 40 mills (1 mm).
