Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a domestic refrigerator (1) having a thermally insulated inner container (2) which has two opposing lateral walls (3a, 3b), a bottom wall (4), a top wall (5), and a rear wall (6) that delimit a storage space (8) for refrigerated goods, said storage space being accessible via a door leaf (7) which is mounted in a movable manner relative to the inner container (2). The refrigerator also has at least one shelf (13) which is arranged in the storage space (8) between the two opposing lateral walls (3a, 3b) and which forms a support surface for the refrigerated goods. The refrigerator also has a refrigerated goods drawer (14) which is mounted in the storage space (8) in a movable manner between a closed position and an open position and which has a drawer space (15) that is delimited by at least one drawer wall. The refrigerated goods drawer (14) is designed to seal against a lower face of the shelf (13) in the closed position in order to seal the drawer space (15) in a moisture-tight manner.
Abstract:
A vacuum insulated appliance includes a cabinet with a wrapper and a liner encompassed by the wrapper. A wire on tube condenser is disposed at a rear portion of the cabinet. A plurality of engagement plates is coupled to the wire on tube condenser. Each engagement plate of the plurality of engagement plates includes a slotted feature defined on an end of the engagement plate. The end of each engagement plate extends beyond an outer edge of one of a first side section and a second side section, respectively, of the wire on tube condenser. A plurality of hangers protrudes outward from the rear portion of the cabinet. Each hanger of the plurality of hangers engages with the slotted feature to couple the wire on tube condenser to the cabinet.
Abstract:
Vacuum insulation panels, methods for manufacture thereof, and applications thereof are described. The vacuum insulation panels comprise a porous insulating core encapsulated in an envelope to which a vacuum is applied. The envelope is coated with a waterproof coating layer which increases the robustness of the vacuum insulation panel.
