Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-resistant member for biofuel which has satisfactory corrosion resistance to the use of biofuel, and also does not comprise harmful hexavalent chromium. SOLUTION: In the corrosion-resistant member for biofuel, on at least a part of a metal surface, a zinc-nickel alloy plating film comprising 5 to 25 mass% nickel and a chemical conversion treatment film which does not contain hexavalent chromium are formed in this order. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a metallic member such as a palladium-containing gold alloy, a nickel-containing gold alloy, platinum and a platinum alloy having excellent glossiness using a harmful cyanide compound-free composition liquid, and to provide a composition liquid for producing the same. SOLUTION: The invention is a method for producing a glossed metallic member characterized in that a metallic member composed of a palladium-containing gold alloy or the like is dipped into a primary compositional liquid for production comprising one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of chlorine ions, fluorine ions, borofluoric acid ions and silicofluoric acid ions and one or more kinds selected from organic acid ions, nitric acid ions, sulfuric acid ions, the oxygen acid ions of phosphorous, the oxygen acid ions of boron and the oxygen acid ions of chlorine, and further having the pH of ≤8, and the metallic member is electrolyzed as an anode, and the invention is also the primary composition liquid for the production. Further, after the electrolytic treatment, the metallic member is dipped into a secondary composition liquid comprising one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of sulfonic acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, the oxygen acid of phosphorous, the oxygen acid of boron and the oxygen acid of chlorine, and a sulfur compound. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying zinc-based plating to cast iron using an alkaline zinc-based plating bath. SOLUTION: In the method for applying zinc-based plating to cast iron, as a plating bath, an alkaline zinc-based plating bath comprising zinc ions and alkali hydroxide is used, a part or the whole of the anode is composed of the insoluble one, a part or the whole of the zinc ions is fed from the part other than the anode, further, the plating liquid is continuously or discontinuously fluidized or vibrated, and/or the object to be plated is swung, vibrated or rotated. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing agent for chemical conversion films adjusting a frictional coefficient to be a suitable value when fastening parts such as bolts, washers, nuts and the like are fastened and preventing damaging to each other when the parts are mutually contacting, and a finishing method. SOLUTION: The finishing agent for chemical conversion films contains a polyolefin on fine particles aggregating on an acidic side. Preferably, the finishing agent contains the polyolefin having properties to coagulate on the acidic side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvanizing method with an alkaline zincate bath for reducing plating time by the improvement of a zinc dissolution method, an insoluble anode, a plating bath composition and a plating liquid brightener. SOLUTION: A zinc ion feed source and zinc dissolution accelerating metal are directly or indirectly brought into electrical contact in a galvanizing liquid in a zincate bath. The zinc ion feed source and zinc dissolution accelerating metal are continuously or intermittently oscillated, vibrated or rotated to accelerate the dissolution of zinc from the zinc ion feed source. The plating liquid comprising the dissolved zinc ions is fed to the galvanizing bath. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
