PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry sheet which hardly causes the shift of a drilling position. SOLUTION: The entry sheet comprises an aluminum foil containing Fe+Si≤2.0%, 0.05%≤Sn≤0.50%, respective unavoidable impurities of 0.01% or less, and the remainder of Al. In general, polyester resin solution is applied on one side surface of the aluminum foil, and the polyester resin film is formed by drying the polyester resin solution. Then, the entry sheet is formed by putting a resin sheet on the film surface. The aluminum foil, which contains Fe+Si≤2.0%, 0.05%≤Sn≤0.50%, 0.05%≤Bi≤0.50%, respective unavoidable impurities of 0.01% or less, and the remainder of Al, can be used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member which is a cover device fitted to an opening end of a vent hole penetrated through a wall body of a building to remove dust and pollens etc. in outside air and capable of taking in only fresh air into inside of a room, is easily and securely fitted, can exhibit excellent filter functions, has a simple structure and is disposable. SOLUTION: The cover member 1 is three-dimensionally formed to have a dish-shaped cover main body 1a covering the vent hole A by nonwoven fabric sheet and a peripheral step part 6 continued to a rear end of the cover main body 1a to form a step shape. The peripheral step part 6 is made cover an annular fixation member provided on a wall face around the opening end on the outdoor side or the indoor side of the vent hole A, and a peripheral wall part 5 of the peripheral step part 6 is detachably secured to the outer peripheral face of the fixed member by a fixed member 10 comprising a ring-shaped rubber band. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material having a superior close fitness with toner and having a coated layer in which a toner printing letter hardly drops off. SOLUTION: This packaging material 1 is made such that the surface of the packaging material provided with an aluminum foil 7 has a coating layer 4. The coating layer 4 is constituted by a resin layer where polyester resin, benzoguanamine resin or melamine resin are set. Polyester resin is amorphous and its number average molecular weights are 12,000 to 16,000 and its glass transfer temperature is 70 to 75°C. The packaging material 1 having a laminar configuration in which a coating layer 4, a printing layer 5, a white color full printing layer 6, an aluminum foil 7 and a heat sealing layer 8 are laminated in this order from its outer layer shows an effect that a toner printed letter hardly drops when the toner printed letter is applied by a digital printing machine and this is preferable as a lid material for a press-through pack. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member which prevents insects or the like or impurities like dust or the like together with the outside air from entering indoors through a ventilation hole formed in a wall body of a building to take the outside air in. SOLUTION: An elastic cylinder 5 made of a foamed synthetic resin is fixed to a rear face of a ring-shaped cover body 1 in an integrating manner. The elastic cylinder 5 is tightly brought into contact with a wall surface around the opening end of the ventilation hole in a state of elastic compression by fitting a plurality of coil springs 9 to the cover body 1 and by engaging hooks 8 mounted on front ends of the coil springs 9 with the opening end of the ventilation hole. Further, a filter 3 covering the opening end of the ventilation hole is laid on a front face of the cover body 1 and is fixed to the cover body 1 by a ring-shaped filter holder 4. Thus, the elastic cylinder 5 is always brought in elastically tight contact with the wall face and prevents the insects or impurities together with the outside air from entering from the outside. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a flexible printed wiring board which can improve melting removal speed at etching and is provided with a clear end edge of a circuit wire. SOLUTION: A laminated body is prepared that a rolled aluminum foil and a synthetic resin film are stuck together. The surface of the rolled aluminum foil of the laminated body is subject to resist processing to form a resist section and a non-resist section. Then, prior to etching processing, the non-resist region of the rolled aluminum foil exposed in the non-resist section is treated by any water solution selected from a group including a sodium hydroxide water solution, a sodium carbonate water solution, a sodium phosphate water solution, a phosphoric acid water solution, a nitric acid water solution, and a chromic acid water solution. After the treatment, the non-resist region is etched to melt and remove the rolled aluminum foil, so as to obtain a flexible printed wiring board. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna coil for an IC card, wherein floating or peeling is less likely to occur in a circuit pattern made of metallic foil. SOLUTION: The antenna coil for an IC card is formed by stacking a synthetic resin film 1, a polyurethane-based adhesive 2, an epoxy-based resin layer 3, and a metal foil circuit pattern 4 in order; and making them as one body. An electrolytic copper foil is used for the metal foil. The rough surface of the electrolytic copper foil is in contact with the epoxy resin layer 3. The ten-point average (Rz JIS94 ) of the rough surface of the electrolytic copper foil is around 1.0-12 μm. The antenna coil for the IC card can be manufactured through a step of applying an epoxy resin on the rough surface of the electrolytic copper foil to provide an epoxy resin layer, a step of applying a polyurethane adhesive on the epoxy resin layer to adhere a synthetic resin film thereto, and a step of treating the electrolytic copper foil by resist treatment and etching and forming a specified circuit pattern.
