Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible printed circuit board capable of arranging circuit lines with a high density by forming the cross sectional shape of the circuit in a shape close to a rectangular shape from a trapezoidal shape. SOLUTION: A laminate sticking an aluminum foil and a film made of a synthetic resin is prepared. The surface of the aluminum foil in the laminate is resist-treated, and a resist and a non-resist are formed and etched. A non-resist site is post-treated by a ferric-chloride aqueous solution after etching. Then, the non-resist site is finish-treated by an aqueous solution selected from a group consisting of a sodium-hydroxide aqueous solution, a sodium-carbonate aqueous solution, a sodium-phosphate aqueous solution, a phosphoric-acid aqueous solution, a nitric-acid aqueous solution, and a chromic-acid aqueous solution. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a rim edge of a circuit line sharp, in a process of manufacturing a printed circuit board through printing a resist ink with a gravure printing technique. SOLUTION: A laminated body is prepared by laminating a synthetic resin film with an aluminum foil. Further, the resist ink is prepared by dissolving a resin into an organic solvent and blending fine powders of silica in the solution. A predetermined pattern is printed on the surface of the aluminum foil of the laminated body by using the resist ink with the gravure printing technique to form a resist part in which the resin film is stuck on the surface of the aluminum foil and a non-resist part on which the resin film is not stuck on the surface of the aluminum foil. Then, the aluminum foil exposed in the non-resist part is removed by etching. Further subsequently, the resin film remaining in the resist part is removed. Thus obtained printed circuit board shows a sharp rim edge of the circuit line due to the action of the fine powders of silica. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum foil for a current collector which has an alkaline resistance property without variations and has no effluent caused by an active material paste and has excellent adhesiveness with the active material paste, and to provide a lithium ion battery using the same. SOLUTION: The aluminum foil for a current collector of a lithium ion battery is coated on a surface either by a cathode oxidation film of a barrier type with a thickness of 5 to 1,000 nm or a cathode oxidation film of a pore type with a thickness of 5 to 1,000 nm, and the lithium ion battery is provided with a current collector using the above aluminum foil.
