Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a workpiece accurately stopped at each prescribed rotation angle without being affected by dimensional errors of installation holes or by galling caused at the time of forming the installation holes on a workpiece, in performing prescribed machining by rotating the workpiece around its center and thereby changing the workpiece position relative to a pair of dies.
SOLUTION: This workpiece holding apparatus is provided with a rotary table 11 having a driving means, a pressurizing means 12 installed opposite to the rotary table, and at least one supporting means 13 installed on the rotary table. The supporting means is provided with a means for pressing its tip end in a manner projecting from the workpiece placing face of the rotary table, with the outer circumferential face of the tip end formed in a tapered shape flaring toward the inserting direction of the workpiece. Then, the workpiece R1 which is set to be engaged with the supporting means is pressurized by a pressurizing means toward the rotary table against the pressing force of a pressing means, making the workpiece brought into contact with the workpiece placing face of the rotary table.

SOLUTION: In this floating type disc brake, a plurality of protruding parts 13 protruding toward an inner side in the radial direction are formed at a predetermined interval in an inner peripheral fringe part of the rotor 1, and recessed parts 22c are formed in an outer peripheral fringe part of the hub 2 by corresponding to each protruding part. The energizing means 3 is provided between a tip of the protruding part and a bottom face of the recessed part by fitting and inserting each protruding part into each recessed part. A regulation means 4 for regulating the rotor and the hub in this condition in the axial direction is provided.

It is provided with a valve seat part 42c having a valve hole 41 to which exhaust gas flows, a plate valve 43 to open/close the valve hole 41, with a base end part 43a fixed to one end side 42a of the valve seat part 42c, and a stopper member 46 to regulate the opening of the plate valve 43. On the valve seat part 42, it is extended from an end surface on the other end side 42h to form a support part 42e and a retainer part 42g. The stopper part 46 is fixed to one end side 42a of the valve seat part 42c at a base end part 42a, and to the retainer part 42g at a tip part 46c. The plate valve 35 is abutted on the stopper part 46e to prevent excess flexure of the plate valve 43.

On the other hand, the outside two welding torches 61a, 61d are set so that the focus distance f2 is set to 70 mm, the inclined angle θfor the parts (a), (b) to be welded is set to 25 deg.C. Plural parts to be welded corresponding to the plural welding torches 61a-61d are irradiated with a laser beam.
