Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently output power stored in a plurality of battery blocks to a discharge line while resolving the unbalance of residual capacity of the battery blocks.SOLUTION: A power-supply device includes a plurality of power-supply units 1 connected in parallel between a charge line 3 and a discharge line 8, and controls the power-supply units 1 by a control circuit 2. Each power-supply unit 1 includes: a battery block 4 charged by power of the charge line 3; a charging circuit 5 for charging the battery block 4; an output circuit 6 for stabilizing and outputting an output voltage of the battery block 4; and a battery controller 7 for detecting residual capacity of the battery block 4 and for controlling the output circuit 6. The control circuit 2 identifies the output circuit 6 that is in an operating state by the residual capacity of the battery block 4. The output circuit 6 that is in the operating state stabilizes a voltage of the battery block 4 and outputs the voltage to the discharge line 8, whereas the output circuit 6 that is in a stop state stops discharging of the battery block 4 and outputs predetermined power from the battery block 4 of the power-supply unit 1 to the discharge line 8.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer pellet carrier and a polymer pellet carrying barge capable of simultaneously and efficiently transporting a large quantity without mixing many kinds of polymer pellets.SOLUTION: A hold set for a lot is formed by combining a plurality of cargo holds 10 for storing the polymer pellets P. A cargo unloading line for the hold having a cargo unloading opening-closing valve for the hold is connected to the lower part of each cargo hold 10 so as to selectively perform first unloading cargo handling for simultaneously unloading the same kind of polymer pellets P with every hold set for the lot and second unloading cargo handling for successively unloading different kinds of polymer pellets P with every cargo hold 10, by using a cargo unloading line 42 for the lot connected to a land side cargo unloading line. The cargo unloading line for the hold is integrated into the cargo unloading line 42 for the lot with every hold set for the lot.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the improvement of the combustion property and the exhaust property of fuel by accelerating atomization of the injected fuel by generating whirling stream in the inside of the nozzle body with simple structure and at low cost.SOLUTION: The fuel injection nozzle 1 has the nozzle body 4 formed with an injection hole 2 for injecting fuel at one end and having a fuel passage 3 for guiding fuel to the injection hole 2, and a needle 5 which is a shaft shape member inserted into the nozzle body 4 and which constitutes a valve part 7 opening and closing the fuel passage 3 by the reciprocating moving in an axial direction to the nozzle body 4 along with the nozzle body 4, the fuel passage 3 has a fuel reservoir part 8, a fuel supply passage 21 arranged an upstream side more than the fuel reservoir part 8 and guiding fuel toward an inserting direction side to the nozzle body 4 of the needle 5, and a direction changing passage part 22 arranged between the fuel reservoir 8 and the fuel supply passage 21, and formed in a direction along a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the needle 5, and communicating in a direction displaced from the diameter direction of the needle 5 to the fuel reservoir part 8.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water transportation method for a polymer pellet capable of efficiently transporting the polymer pellet being a powder and granular material of disliking damage, pollution and moisture. SOLUTION: In water transportation for the polymer pellet, the polymer pellet is stored in and transported by a cargo warehouse of a ship 1 or a barge in a bulk state. Furthermore, for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of the damage on a surface when the polymer pellet collides with a rib member of the cargo hold 10, the polymer pellet is stored and transported in the bulk state in and by the cargo hold smoothly formed without arranging the rib member where a cargo hold wall 11 contacting with the polymer pellet projects to the inside of the cargo hold. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel propulsion device whose machinability is improved and whose weight is reduced more than that of a vessel propulsion device utilizing a propeller boss cap with fins of a fin shape of a conventional technology in a vessel propulsion device formed of a screw propeller utilizing the propeller boss cap with fins. SOLUTION: The diameter Dcf of the front end of the propeller boss cap is taken as a reference diameter Ds. A shape of the latter half of a fin 6A is formed by setting the diameter of the fin 6A to 2.0 times the reference diameter Ds at the center position Xm of the front end 6f and the rear end 6a of the root of the fin 6A and by setting the diameter to 1.5 times the reference diameter Ds at the rearmost end position Xe of the fin 6A. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate treating means for treating object waste water produced at harmless treating of liquid and an appropriate contamination preventive means of a liquid pipe by microorganisms in the treating object waste water, and to provide a metod and apparatus for detoxifying liquid by which ballast water can smoothly be supplied and dischargrd, that is an original purpose, by reducing load of a liquid carrying pump due to pressure drop by a filter device provided in a treatment line, its device and a ship provided therewith. SOLUTION: In this liquid detoxifyin process, microorganisms are removes by applying a microorganism separation treatment to untreated liquid by a filter device, and the liquid is stored in a ballast water tank. The treated waste water after removing microorganisms by the filter device is discharged to a ballast water supply sea area, then the liquid in the ballast water tank is returned to the suction side of a pump set on the upstream side of the filter device as washing water, to wash the liquid treatment line leading to the ballast water tank via the filter device by the pump. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifeboat recovering method for recovering a lifeboat from a water surface in which the work is easy even in a slight swell, and no dropping accident occurs while hoisting the lifeboat. SOLUTION: A suspension link 13 is lowered closely above a lifeboat 1, a wire 18 is connected to a tip of a release hook 16, the wire is passed through the suspension link, and pulled inside the lifeboat through a hole 20 formed in a deck.
