PURPOSE: A customized insole is provided to form an insole fit for the sole of the feet of a wearer by heating the insole with a heating device to emit far-infrared radiation and by using a forming device on which a wearer stands for a few minutes. CONSTITUTION: A customized insole includes a top surface cover member(110), a cushion member(120), a forming member(130), a sole arch member(140), and a hardness reinforcing member(150). The top surface cover member is made by coating an antibiotic mixture which absorbs odor and sweat, generates oxygen, and emits far-infrared radiation to form an insole fit for the sole of the feet of a wearer by printing or vapor decomposition method. The cushion member is layered under the bottom surface of the top surface cover member. The forming member is layered under the bottom surface of the cushion member to form the insole fit for the sole of the feet of the wearer. The forming member is made of a material having greater hardness than the cushion member to prevent deformation as time passes. The sole arch member is layered in the rear side of the center part under the forming member and has a curved projecting counterpart to a sole arch. The hardness reinforcing member is layered in a rear end surface under the forming member to cover a part of the sole arch member with its front end and to reinforce the heel part of the insole by surrounding it when the insole is formed to fit the sole of the feet of the wearer.

PURPOSE: A heater for a tailor-made insole is provided to heat the insole without the distortion or contraction of the insole and to prevent the insole from being deformed. CONSTITUTION: A heater (100) for a tailor-made insole comprises a container (110), a door unit (120), and a heating unit. The container is open on the front thereof and is formed with a heating space to accommodate an insole. The door unit is rotationally connected to one side of the front of the container and opens and closes the heating space. The heating unit is installed in the heating space in a transverse direction and heats the insole without the deformation of the insole by radiating far infrared rays.

The cover support protrusions upward support the cover. A drain groove(201) is formed on the side end of the cover and guides water flowing from a surface layer(10) of a road pavement to the housing space of the main body.

CONSTITUTION: A traffic lane marking block comprises a housing part(2), an exposed part(4), and a lower cover. The housing part is embedded underground and comprises an inward flange(20). The exposed part is accommodated inside the housing and the upper part of the exposed part is exposed to the outside to indicate traffic lanes. The exposed part comprises a solar cell(40), reflection plates(42), an outward flange(44), permanent magnets(46), and guide grooves(48). The outward flange is contacted with the inward flange. The lower cover is attached at the bottom of the housing to close the lower part of the housing. The lower cover comprises permanent magnets(62) and guide posts(64). The permanent magnets are arranged as same polarity with the permanent magnets of the exposed part. The guide posts are fitted in the guide grooves of the exposed part.

PURPOSE: A heating device having a radiator is provided to prevent electrical current leak caused by moisture through radiating heat far away. CONSTITUTION: A heating device(100) having a radiator comprises a case(110), a reflecting plate(120), a radiating unit(140), a plurality of heater rods(130), and a support unit(180). The reflecting plate is fixed to a front side of the case and reflects heat frontward. A plurality of through-holes for the heater rods is formed horizontally on a rear of the radiating unit. A surface of the radiating unit is coated with mineral materials and the radiating unit emits radiant heat so fire is prevented. The radiating unit comprises a curved section to emit the heat far away. A plurality of the heat rods is inserted into the through holes for the heat rods. An insulator is arranged on both end of the heat rods and the heat rods emit the heat. The supporting unit is installed between the floor side of reflector and rear side of the radiating unit. When the heating device operates, the support unit prevents bending of the reflecting plate and thesagging of the radiating unit caused by the heat.
