Abstract: PURPOSE: A hinge for card materials is provided to be bonded with card materials with the excellent adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A hinge for card materials having assembly structure has the following structure: card materials (31,32) in which the content is printed are combined with the booklet form products; placing the hinge member in which a hot-melt penetrating hole(41) between the card members; forming combining portions(42) and hinge portions(43); and forming a security indicating portion on the hinge portion which is exposed to the outside of the card member. The hinge portion is extended from the combining unit and becomes the combining portion during the book binding.

Abstract: 본 발명은 자기정렬 아이콘 어레이를 포함한 보안 장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 베이스 기재 상부에 렌즈 어레이층을 형성시키고, 베이스 기재 하부에는 광 포획이 가능한 유전체 입자들을 함유하는 아이콘 어레이층을 형성시킨 다음, 렌즈 어레이층 측으로부터 레이저 빔을 조사하여 렌즈 어레이층을 이루는 각각의 렌즈의 초점 위치에 유전체 입자들을 포획시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래 기술에 의한 아이콘 어레이를 포함한 보안 장치에 비하여 렌즈 어레이와 아이콘 어레이의 정렬이 우수해지므로, 설계 그대로의 모아레 확대 영상을 얻을 수 있으며, 그로 인해 의도한 바 대로의 보안 및 위변조 방지 기능을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 종래 기술에 따른 보안 장치 제조 방법에 비하여, 아이콘의 크기를 나노 스케일까지 줄일 수 있어 위변조 방지 기능이 강화될 뿐만 아니라, 아이콘 어레이 리세스 형성 및 잉크 충진 등의 공정을 생략할 수 있으므로, 그 제조 방법이 더 단순해지는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A three dimensional security film is provided to reinforce security by forming image patterns on security documents selectively using infrared ray absorbing ink and infrared ray reflective ink. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional security film includes a base layer(100), a supporting layer(200), and a finishing layer(300). A plurality of micro lenses(110) is arranged on the upper side of the base layer. The supporting layer is formed at the lower side of the base layer and includes image patterns(210, 220). The finishing layer is formed at the lower side of the supporting layer. The image pattern is formed by selectively using infrared ray absorbing ink or infrared ray reflective ink.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fiber for security and paper using the same are provided to prevent forgery and to ensure easy detection. CONSTITUTION: A fiber for security comprises synthetic resin and a color expression substance. The cross section of the fiber is 70 um^2 to 0.3 mm^2 and contains one or more kinds of metals selected from iron, neodymium, cobalt, copper, nickel, and zirconium. Abstract: PURPOSE: An authenticity distinction method of an object is provided to distinguish the authenticity of the object by detecting the change of a microwave absorption pattern according to a magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION: A magnetism security element is magnetized by using an external magnetic field. The magnetism security element detects a magnetism pattern by using an MR(Magnetic Reluctance) sensor. The magnetism pattern is compared with reference date which is a standard of authenticity distinction. The magnetism security element irradiates an object with microwaves having a specific wavelength and detects a micro absorption wavelength. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 위조방지용 용제변색형 섬유는 보안성이 요구되는 은행권, 증채권, 여권, 신분증 등의 특수한 제품에 이용되어 진위식별요소와 위조방지를 하는 기능성 요소로서 이용될 수 있다.
