PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fabricating a pattern, more particularly, a method for fabricating a pattern using laser.SOLUTION: A method for fabricating a pattern includes: a first step for forming a metal organic ink layer (20) on a substrate; a second step for curing the metal organic ink layer (20) in semi-solid state; a third step in which the semi-solid metal organic ink layer (20) is irradiated with laser beam and the portion irradiated is cured in solid state to form a pattern; and a fourth step for removing the semi-solid metal organic ink layer (20) to leave only the pattern.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomographic image generation method and a tomographic image generation device.SOLUTION: A tomographic image generation method includes: determining at least one basic pattern of a spatial optical modulator that modulates a phase of an incident light beam according to a pixel-arrayed pattern; acquiring plural shift patterns of the basis pattern by applying spatial shift modulation to the basic pattern, the modulation shifting the array of pixels by a predetermined number of pieces of pixels in a vertical or horizontal direction; generating a tomographic image for each of the plural shift patterns of the basic pattern by using a spectrum signal of a light beam acquired by the light beam incident to a target body after passing through the spatial optical modulator; selecting, from among the plural shift patterns of the basic pattern, one pattern generating the clearest tomographic image, on the basis of the generated tomographic image; and generating a final tomographic image of the target body by using the selected pattern.
