PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded item exhibiting excellent dimensional stability, a manufacturing method of the resin molded item that causes no nozzle clogging in a molding apparatus on molding, and a reaction stock solution that exhibits excellent preservation stability and is suitably employable for the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The norbornene resin molded item is obtained by bulk polymerization of norbornene monomers in a mold and contains aluminum hydroxide having an aspect ratio of 5-100. Preferably, the average major axis diameter of aluminum hydroxide is 5-500 μm. Especially preferably, the molded item comprises 100 pts.wt. of norbornene monomers and, incorporated therewith, 5-400 pts.wt. of aluminum hydroxide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction injection molding method capable of preventing a bubble from generating and giving a molded article having excellent strength even if it is a large-sized molded article, and to provide a stock solution suitable for it. SOLUTION: The reaction injection molding method is characterized in that a stock solution (A), which contains at least a norbornene-based monomer, a metathesis catalyst and a polymer having a branched structure and shows viscosity of 320 to 500 mPa×s at 30°C, is mixed with a stock solution (B), which contains at least a norbornene-base monomer, a co-catalyst and a polymer having a branched structure and shows viscosity of 320 to 500 mPa×s at 30°C, and the mixture is injected into a mold and bulk-polymerizing it in the mold. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold coating method which enables the formation of a uniform coating film even on a large-sized shaped article without causing a poor appearance such as weld and the like. SOLUTION: The in-mold coating method comprises obtaining the resin-molded article by molding the resin in a mold having a plurality of filling inlets of the coating agent, and filling the coating agent from the filling inlets to coat the surface of the resin molded article with the coating agent. The method is characterized in that the coating agent is filled under the condition that the value v given by the following formula is from not less than 0.03 m/sec to not more than 2 m/sec wherein v is represented by v=V/2πLD (V[m 3 /sec] is a filled amount of the coating agent per unit time in each filling inlet; L[m] is length from the filling inlet of the coating agent to the joint point; and D[m] is thickness of the cured coating agent at the joint point of the coating agent).
