Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded item exhibiting excellent dimensional stability, a manufacturing method of the resin molded item that causes no nozzle clogging in a molding apparatus on molding, and a reaction stock solution that exhibits excellent preservation stability and is suitably employable for the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The norbornene resin molded item is obtained by bulk polymerization of norbornene monomers in a mold and contains a glass fiber having an average fiber length of 0.08-1.0 mm and an aspect ratio of 5-100. Preferably, the molded item comprises 100 pts.wt. of norbornene monomers and, incorporated therewith, 5-400 pts.wt. of the glass fiber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin molded form of high dimensional stability, to provide a method for producing the resin molded form without causing nozzle port cloggings of the molding machine in its molding, and to provide a reaction stock solution good in storage stability and to be suitably used in the above method. SOLUTION: The norbornene-based resin molded form is obtained by mass polymerization of the corresponding norbornene-based monomer in a mold. This resin molded form contains calcium carbonate 5-100 in aspect ratio, wherein the average major axis of the calcium carbonate (particles) is preferably 5-500 μm. In this resin molded form, it is especially preferable that 5-400 pts.wt. of the calcium carbonate be contained based on 100 pts.wt. of the norbornene-based monomer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
