    Abstract: Provided is an emulsion for a cosmetic composition, which is stabilized by using a polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol(PCL-PEG) copolymer having improved solubility to a specific organic solvent as an emulsion stabilizer. The emulsion is oil-in-water type emulsion that uses a PCL-PEG copolymer as an emulsion stabilizer, wherein the PCL-PEG copolymer is dissolved in an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of an organic UV protecting agent, a propylene glycol fatty acid ester and a mixture thereof. Particularly, the organic UV protecting agent is selected from the group consisting of octylmethoxy cinnamate, isoamylparamethoxy cinnamate, octylsalicylate and octocrylene.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for inhibiting skin aging obtained by allowing emulsion particles and a liposome to contain bio GF 1K using a skin-compatible emulsifier and nanoemulsion techniques is provided. Therefore, it maximizes the transdermal absorption rate and has an excellent effect on the prevention of skin aging such as wrinkles reduction. CONSTITUTION: An anti-aging cosmetic composition contains a metabolite of ginseng as an effective ingredient, an emulsifier, a co-emulsifier and a surfactant. The metabolite of ginseng contains 30 to 50% by weight of a compound K represented by the formula 1, 5 to 25% by weight of ginsenoside F1 represented by the formula 2 and 5 to 25% by weight of 20-o-£α-L-arabinopyranosyl|-20(S)-protopanaxadiol represented by the formula 3 as an active component and has a particle size of 30 to 500nm. In formula, R1 is o-Glc, R2 is OH, R3 is H. The emulsifier contains a liposome containing lecithin or lecithin derivatives.
