Abstract: A water-dispersible polymer nanocapsule is provided to stabilize a compound such as an alpha-lipoic acid perfectly, which includes both a disulfide bond and a carboxyl group and has a molecular weight of 100-1,000, thereby maintaining the initial activity thereof.
