본 발명은 종자 소재의 발아율을 측정하여 시료에 대한 피부 세포 재생력을 가시적으로 평가하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게, 본 발명에 의한 피부 세포 재생력을 평가하는 방법은 세포에 시료를 처리한 후 배양하여 흡광도 측정 방법 등을 통해 수치로만 표현 가능하였던 종래의 피부 재생력 평가방법을 개선하여, 종자 소재에 시료 처리후 종자가 발아했을 시 종자의 무게 및 싹의 길이를 관찰함으로써 시료가 가진 피부 세포의 재생력을 가시화하여 평가하는 방법으로서 이를 통해 세포 배양 기술이나 특수한 기기 및 장치의 보유 여부와 상관없이 일반인도 시료의 세포 재생에 관한 효과를 쉽게 평가할 수 있다. 피부세포, 재생력, 발아, 종자, 가시화
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel soil microorganism and oxidoreductase isolated from the microorganism are provided to ensure saccharide decomposition of natural products and to obtain various flavonoid aglycons. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing flavonoid aglycons comprises a step of using Rhizobium sp. GIN611(KCTC11708BP) or cell extract thereof. The strain is isolated from soil. The flavonoid aglycon is prepared using Rhizobium sp. GIN611-derived oxidoreductase as a biocatalyst. The flavonoid aglycons are prepared by decomposing saccharides from flavonoid glycoside.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains medicinal herb extract as an active ingredient including Dianthi Herba, Lithospermum erythrorhizon, and Althaea rosea in a weight ratio of 0.5:1:1-1.5:1:1. PURPOSE: A method for measuring skin types and a method for providing skin care information are provided to determine a skin type by measuring the type of a testee's skin based on the oriental medicine. CONSTITUTION: One or more indexes corresponding to one or more skin types based on the oriental medicine is set up(S1). Information on a testee with respect to each index is quantified(S2). Quantified results are compared with respect to each index. The skin type to which the testee belongs is determined. An average value of each skin type is calculated as a result from the quantified values(S3). The quantified results are compared with one another and the skin type of the testee can be determined(S4).

CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating the skin moisture supplying intensity of a target material includes the following: Silica gel and a target material are separated. Moisture is transferred from the target material into the silica gel. Based on the transfer result of the moisture, the changed degree of the silica gel due to the transferred moisture is estimated according to the change of silica gel color of the change of silica gel weight.
