Abstract: An integrated composite sheet for pressing an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to simplify a work process and to secure high flatness by integrating a polyimide film layer and a thermal conductive silicone sheet layer by the application of a primer through surface modification and chemical bonding. An integrated composite sheet(80) for pressing an ACF is composed of: a polyimide film layer(30) of which the surface is modified; a primer layer(20) formed by applying a primer on the surface of the modified polyimide film layer; and a thermal conductive silicone sheet layer(10) integrated with the polyimide film layer by directly laminating thermal conductive silicone resin on the primer layer and then curing the silicone resin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a simple method for producing graphite products without high temperature heating for graphitization by using waste graphite powder. CONSTITUTION: The production method of graphite products comprises the steps of: mixing 60-80wt.% of graphite powder, obtained from natural crystalline graphite and molded graphite, with 20-40wt.% of binder such as coal tar pitch, petroleum pitch or synthetic resin(phenol, furan, epoxy, etc.), forming mixtures of graphite powder and coal tar pitch at 110deg.C which coal tar pitch melts or at room temperature in case of addition of toluene dissolving coal tar pitch for dense structures and high strength; sintering formed graphites over 1200deg.C for graphitization of coal tar pitch. The resultant graphite products are applied to heating elements, and crucibles and related products.
