Abstract: An integrated composite sheet for pressing an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to simplify a work process and to secure high flatness by integrating a polyimide film layer and a thermal conductive silicone sheet layer by the application of a primer through surface modification and chemical bonding. An integrated composite sheet(80) for pressing an ACF is composed of: a polyimide film layer(30) of which the surface is modified; a primer layer(20) formed by applying a primer on the surface of the modified polyimide film layer; and a thermal conductive silicone sheet layer(10) integrated with the polyimide film layer by directly laminating thermal conductive silicone resin on the primer layer and then curing the silicone resin.

Abstract: 본 발명은 이방전도성필름 압착용 일체형 복합쉬트와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 폴리이미드 필름의 일측면에 테프론 코팅층을 형성하고, 타측면에 열전도성 실리콘 쉬트층을 형성하여 가압수단에 의한 열융착시 발생되는 ACF 와의 부착을 방지할 수 있는 이방전도성필름 압착용 일체형 복합쉬트 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 표면이 개질화처리된 폴리이미드 필름층과, 상기 개질화된 폴리이미드 필름층의 표면에 프라이머를 도포하여 형성하는 프라이머층과, 상기 프라이머층에 열전도성 실리콘 수지를 직접 라미네이팅된 후 경화되어 폴리이미드 필름층과 일체화되는 열전도성 실리콘 쉬트층과, 상기 열전도성 실리콘 쉬트층이 형성된 폴리이미드 필름층의 타측면에 코팅되어 일체로 형성되는 테프론층을 포함하도록 되어 있다.

Abstract: An integrated composite sheet for pressing anisotropic conductive film and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to prevent adhesion to ACF by forming a Teflon coating layer and a thermal conductive silicone sheet layer.
