Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing plasma display panel is provided to shorten time taken for exhaust and achieve improved production efficiency by simplifying the capping process performed after completion of gas injection. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of forming a gas injection tube(20) to one of an upper panel(10) and a lower panel(30) for a plasma display panel under an atmosphere; a second step of aligning a panel having a frit where a binder and air bubble are removed, and the panel passed through the first step, under a vacuum; a third step of injecting two panels into a vacuum chamber, heating the panels, and joining two panels while exhausting gas existing between two panels through the contact surface between panels and frit; and a fourth step of injecting a plasma gas through the gas injection tube of the panel, under an atmosphere.

The light-transmission pattern glass(2) and the light-untransmitted pattern glass(3) are arranged by turns in each side of light transmission member(1). Thereby the using method is fixing the one light transmission member, and then arranging the pattern glasses to be faced with each other, so that only the light-untransmitted pattern glasses are arranged in the whole surface of the door with minimum width(4) of movement.
